When viewing the device from top perpendicular to a plane in which the longitudinal axes (8, 9) of the observation parts (3, 4) are arranged, the sections of the observation parts (3, 4) facing each other are directly opposite each other across a length of 20% to 90% directed in parallel to the longitudinal axis (8, 9) of the observation parts (3, 4), preferably 30% to 80% of a length (24) of the observation parts (3, 4).
