摘要: A method of clinical workflow management and decision making comprises receiving clinical information from a hospital information system ( 100 ), combining and reconciling the clinical information for use during management of a particular clinical problem of a patient under consideration, and providing access to the combined and reconciled clinical information via a graphical user interface ( 200 ) that comprises a plurality of interactive display regions ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ). Combining and reconciling the clinical information ( 102 ) comprises repeatedly analyzing the clinical information for: (a) determining an overview of clinical actions as a function of the clinical information, (b) examining whether clinical actions adhere to a predetermined protocol, the predetermined protocol including (i) one or more ideal clinical actions and (ii) a timing for an occurrence of the one or more ideal clinical actions as a function of the clinical information and the particular clinical problem, and (c) determining suggested next step information suitable for use in assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic decisions to be made by one or more healthcare providers in conjunction with treatment of the particular clinical problem.

摘要: A database (110) stores pre-calculated solutions ([S]) each of which defines a radiation therapy treatment plan for a treatment volume associated with at least one target and at least one organ-at-risk. The pre-calculated solutions ([S]) are divided into at least two groups each of which includes at least one pre-calculated solution. The pre-calculated solutions ([S]) in a given group represent radiation therapy treatment plans which share a common beam configuration. A radiation therapy treatment plan (s c ) is established based on the pre-calculated solutions ([S]) as follows. A first user interface (141, 142) receives operator commands (c1, c2) specifying criteria for selecting radiation therapy treatment plans from the database (110), the criteria defining a set of parameters for the treatment volume. In particular, the operator commands (c1, c2) jointly specify criteria for selecting radiation therapy treatment plans from more than one of the at least two groups. When establishing a solution, a preference function is applied on at least two pre-calculated solutions to establish one and only one solution as a radiation therapy treatment plan (s c ) meeting the criteria.

摘要: The disclosed medical and rehabilitation systems and methods evaluate injured operators, medically, mentally, and occupationally. The operators are highly-trained military or law enforcement personnel that have specific tactical requirements, among other physical demands, to perform their jobs properly. The occupational evaluation of the injured operator relates to their occupational requirements and how their injuries affect their abilities to perform the tactical requirements of their jobs. The rehabilitation programs can be customized to various needs of the units, branches, or other groups to which the injured operators belong. Further, the injuries of one or more operators can be tracked and data related to operators suffering similar injuries can be used to help treat each operator and to help give commanders of the injured operators more injury data on which to base decisions about the operator and the unit or other group of operators.

摘要: A device may provide a user interface with which to provide an action plan. The device may detect one or more interactions with the user interface associated with identifying one or more portions of the action plan. The action plan may include information regarding a treatment plan for a patient. The device may parse the action plan to identify a set of prompts and/or a set of actions that are to be performed based on a set of triggers. The set of prompts may be related to a clinically validated questionnaire for a particular condition. The device may detect a particular trigger, of the set of triggers, after parsing the action plan. The device may provide, for display via the user interface, a particular prompt, of the set of prompts, or transmit data to perform a particular action, of the set of actions, based on detecting the particular trigger.

摘要: Systems, methods and computer-readable media are provided for facilitating clinical decision support and managing patient population health by health-related entities including caregivers, health care administrators, insurance providers, and patients. Embodiments of the invention provide decision support services including providing timely contextual patient information including condition risks, risk factors and relevant clinical information that are dynamically updatable; imputing missing patient information; dynamically generating assessments for obtaining additional patient information based on context; data-mining and information discovery services including discovering new knowledge; identifying or evaluating treatments or sequences of patient care actions and behaviors, and providing recommendations based on this; intelligent, adaptive decision support services including identifying critical junctures in patient care processes, such as points in time that warrant close attention by caregivers; near-real time querying across diverse health records data sources, which may use diverse clinical nomenclatures and ontologies; improved natural language processing services; and other decision support services.
