Am Gehäuse (12) ist ein Betätigungselement (26) in Richtung der Längsachse (L) verschiebbar gelagert. Mit dem Handhabungsteil (11) ist drehfest ein Mitnehmerelement (19) gekoppelt. Die Drehbewegung des Mitnehmerelements (19) wird über ein Betätigungsgetriebe (37) in eine lineare Bewegung des Betätigungselements (26) übersetzt. Durch die lineare Verschiebung des Betätigungselements (26) kann ein elektrischer Schalter und/oder Taster betätigt werden. Dem Betätigungselement (26) ist ein Kodierelement (48) zugeordnet, das mit dem Mitnehmerelement (19) zusammenarbeitet. Das Kodierelement (19) kann zwischen zwei oder drei verschiedenen Kodierstellungen (K1, K2, K3) im Gehäuse (12) durch Verschieben und/oder Drehen bewegt werden. In einer ersten Kodierstellung (K1) wird die Drehbewegung des Mitnehmerelements (19), das durch das Kodierelement (48) ungehindert zugelassen, wobei das Mitnehmerelement (19) in eine Raststellung (R) bewegt werden kann. In einer zweiten Kodierstellung (K2) begrenzt das Kodierelement (48) die Drehbewegung des Mitnehmerelements (19) vor Erreichen der Raststellung (R) in einer Taststellung (T).
