摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Zellstacks, insbesondere für einen elektrochemischen Speicher, wobei zumindest Anodenelektroden, Separator-Schichten und Kathodenelektroden wiederholt übereinander gestapelt oder gefaltet oder gewickelt werden, wobei zumindest eine Schicht einseitig oder beidseitig mit einem thermisch aktivierbaren Kleber beschichtet oder mit dem Kleber versehen ist, wobei elektrisch leitfähige Schichten, insbesondere die Anodenelektroden und/oder die Kathodenelektroden, elektromagnetisch und/oder elektrisch erwärmt werden, wobei durch die Erwärmung der elektrisch leitfähigen Schichten der Kleber thermisch aktiviert wird und insbesondere die Anodenelektroden, Separator-Schichten und Kathodenelektroden zu einem Zellstack miteinander verbunden werden. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Zellstacks und einen elektrochemischen Speicher mit mindestens einem Zellstack.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a secondary battery, comprising: a first step (S10) of manufacturing an incomplete electrode assembly; a second step (S20) of preparing a pattern member with a patterned pressurizing protrusion formed thereon; a third step (S30) of laminating the pattern member on an outside surface of the incomplete electrode assembly; a fourth step (S40) of partially pressurizing the incomplete electrode assembly to produce a finished electrode assembly which pattern-adheres the electrode and a separating membrane interface; a fifth step (S50) of receiving the finished electrode assembly into a case; a sixth step (S60) of injecting an electrolytic solution to impregnate the electrode assembly; a seventh step (S70) of manufacturing the secondary battery by sealing an unsealed surface of the case; and an eighth step (S80) of heating and pressurizing an entire surface of the secondary battery.

摘要: The present invention provides a battery cell including: an electrode assembly having a structure in which a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator are laminated, each of the positive electrode and the negative electrode having 2 x n (n ‰¥ 2) sides on a plane, the separator disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein a positive tab is provided in each of odd-numbered sides among a first side to a 2n-th side of the positive electrode, and a negative electrode tab is provided in each of even-numbered sides among the first side to the 2n-th side, and thus the positive electrodes and the negative electrode tabs are alternately formed along the sides on a plane; electrode terminals that are respectively disposed on a first side and a second side of the electrode assembly, in which outermost electrodes are disposed, or third sides which are side surfaces of the electrode assembly, being perpendicular to the first side and the second side, and are electrically connected to the positive electrode tabs and the negative electrode tabs; and a battery case having a structure of surrounding an external surface of the electrode assembly while the electrode terminals are partially exposed to the outside.

摘要: In the electric battery of the invention and its manufacturing method, a coil has been manufactured around the electric battery from a conductive metal film used in the manufacture of the one electrode of the electric battery so that the electric battery can be recharged using the coil. The said coil may also be utilised as an antenna for an electric circuit arrangement, to which energy is supplied by the electric battery.
