摘要: This application provides an energy storage system and a temperature control method for an energy storage system. The method includes: comparing an output power of a photovoltaic module with a maximum chargeable power of a cell pack in the energy storage system; and enabling at least one heating module in response to that the output power of the photovoltaic module is greater than the maximum chargeable power of the cell pack in the energy storage system; or disabling all heating modules in response to that the output power of the photovoltaic module is less than or equal to the maximum chargeable power of the cell pack in the energy storage system. The heating module included in the energy storage system is in a one-to-one correspondence with the cell pack. Specifically, a surface temperature of the cell pack affects a charging capability of the cell pack. A heating occasion, heating duration, and a quantity of heating times of the cell pack are determined based on a value relationship between the output power of the photovoltaic module and the maximum chargeable power of the cell pack in the energy storage system. Heating is enabled when the heating is required, and the heating is disabled when the heating is not required. This can improve overall energy storage efficiency of the energy storage system.

摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Fertigung einer Lithiumionen-Batteriezelle, insbesondere Batteriepouchzelle, mit einem Formationsprozess, in dem die Batteriezelle einem Erstladevorgang unterworfen wird, in dem sich Lithiumionen in Aktivmaterial (3, 5) der zumindest einen Anode (A) der Batteriezelle einlagern, und zwar unter Bildung einer SEI-Grenzschicht (9) an der Grenzfläche zum Elektrolyt (E) sowie unter Gasbildung (12), wobei beim Erstladevorgang die Batteriezelle in einen Ladestromkreis (LK) geschaltet ist und mit Gleichstrom geladen wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Erstladevorgang in einzelne Ladephasen (L) unterteilt, in denen sich jeweils eine SEI-Teilschicht (10) mit feinkörnigem Gefüge ausbildet. Die einzelnen Ladephasen (L) sind von Nichtladephasen (N) unterbrochen, in denen keine SEI-Bildung erfolgt, so dass die nach dem Erstladevorgang gebildete SEI-Grenzschicht (9) aus den übereinandergeschichteten SEI-Teilschichten (10) aus feinkörnigem Gefüge besteht, das eine Lithiumionen-Mobilität in der SEI-Grenzschicht (9) unterstützt.

The first cap plate is electrically connected to the battery cell and has one of a negative polarity or a positive polarity, and the second cap plate is electrically connected to the battery cell and has the other one of a negative polarity and a positive polarity.

The battery pack (200) comprises a lower case (300) fixed under the floor (102) and on which a battery stack (900) is placed, an upper case (210) attached to the lower case (300), and a support member (390) extending upwardly from a rigid body provided inside the lower case (300) to support a back surface of the upper case (210). The battery pack (200) may further comprise an elastic member (231, 232) disposed on a surface of the upper case (210) and sandwiched between the upper case (210) and a lower surface of the floor (102). In such a configuration, it is possible to suppress the upper case (210) of the battery pack (200) from vibrating.
