Die Erfindung betrifft einen Elektromotor für eine Bohrlochpumpe mit einem Statorpaket (1), das eine Statorbohrung (9) zur Aufnahme eines Rotors (13) und radial nach Innen offene Nuten (4, 4a) aufweist, die jeweils durch einen Statorzahn (3) voneinander getrennt sind und in denen elektrische Leiter (11) aus Runddraht von Spulen (6) eines Spulenpakets (5) einliegen, die verteilte Wicklungen und an einem axialen Ende des Spulenpakets (5) einen Wickelkopf (7) bilden, wobei die Spulen (6) vergossenen sind. Der Wickelkopf (7) erstreckt sich nur zwischen einem inneren Durchmesser (di) und einem äußeren Durchmesser (da), der kleiner als der Durchmesser (Db) der Statorbohrung (9) ist, wobei das Spulenpaket (5) axial in die Nuten (4, 4a) des Statorpakets (1) eingeschoben ist. Dies ermöglicht eine einfache Montage und Reparatur des Stators. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Elektromotors und ein Werkzeug (20, 20') zur Herstellung des Spulenpakets (5) aus verteilten Wicklungen zum axialen Einsetzen in das Statorpaket (1) des Elektromotors.

The disc-shaped winding jig (55) is formed in one portion thereof with a cutout of an angle suiting the coil pitch which receives therein a segmental winding jig (43) with a small gap G. The disc-shaped winding jig (55) and the segmental winding jig (43) are formed with arcuate grooves to allow movement of the pins. There is provided means for rotating the coil winding jig in indexing movement and for rotating a coil (41) while moving same around an inclined surface formed on the segmental winding jig (43) to thereby automatically wind armature coils.
