摘要: The present disclosure relates to a power supply circuit and an electrical device. The power supply circuit includes: a first switch (S1); a first capacitor (C1) connected in series with the first switch (S1); a voltage sampling device (16) configured to detect a voltage of the first capacitor (C1) and/or a power supply bus to which the power supply circuit is connected; and a control circuit (18) configured to output a control signal based on the detected voltage, wherein the first switch (S1) is configured to be switched on or off based on the control signal. In this way, a low-voltage withstanding capacitor with a large capacitance can be achieved in the power supply circuit by switching out the capacitor when the power supply bus voltage is high and switching in the capacitor to assist in power supply when the power supply bus voltage is low. The power supply further includes at least oone second switch (S2), the at least one second switch (S2) configured to be selectively switched on to charge from the power supply bus to the first capacitr (C1) or discharge from the first capacitor (C1) to the power supply bus.

Einer der Stufenausgänge (5) der letzten Kaskadenhalbstufe (3) ist mit einem von mehreren Ausgangsanschlüssen (2) verbunden, über die eine Ausgangsspannung (Ua) abgegeben wird. Im Übrigen sind die Stufenausgänge (5) einer jeweiligen Kaskadenhalbstufe (3) mit den Stufeneingängen (4) der jeweils nächsten Kaskadenhalbstufe (3) verbunden. Die Diodenschaltungen (7) sind auf ersten Zusatzplatinen (9) der Hochspannungskaskade angeordnet, die mit einer Hauptplatine (8) der Hochspannungskaskade elektrisch und mechanisch verbunden sind. Die ersten Zusatzplatinen (9) sind orthogonal zur Hauptplatine (8) orientiert und folgen entsprechend der elektrischen Abfolge der Kaskadenhalbstufen (3) in einer Erstreckungsrichtung (x) gesehen sequenziell aufeinander. Die ersten Zusatzplatinen (9) sind im Wesentlichen orthogonal zur Erstreckungsrichtung (x) orientiert. Die Kondensatorschaltungen (6) der Kaskadenhalbstufen (3) sind seitlich neben den ersten Zusatzplatinen (9) auf der Hauptplatine (8) angeordnet, und zwar entsprechend der elektrischen Abfolge der Kaskadenhalbstufen (3) und alternierend auf der einen und der anderen Seite der ersten Zusatzplatinen (9).
