    摘要: There is provided an oscillator circuit in which an oscillation permitting signal (EN) sets an oscillator section (5) in an oscillation-operable state, whereby a controller section (4) starts operation. The controller section (4) that has started its operation changes an oscillation-frequency control signal (VR) value corresponding to a predetermined oscillation frequency so as to set an oscillation frequency at an oscillator section (5). Further on, the oscillator section (5) outputs an oscillation signal (VOSC) in response to a detection signal (MON) that is outputted after a detector section (1) compares a signal inputted therein with a predetermined signal value and detects that the inputted signal reaches a predetermined signal value. Thereby, a transient state of an oscillation-frequency control signal (VR) can be detected. That is, there can be avoided an output of an unstable oscillation signal due to a transient oscillation-frequency control signal (VR). Such an oscillator circuit is capable of obtaining stable frequency by avoiding output having unstable frequency that is likely to occur to an operation/stop-control-feasible type oscillator circuit when oscillation begins.

    摘要: A CMOS oscillator includes two differential input transistors (150) and (152) which have the sources thereof coupled through a resonator element (196). Active loads (166) and (178) provide a squaring up of the output which then drives an output transistor (202). The gates of the differential input transistors (150) and (152) are biased to predetermined voltage levels with bias circuits, with the positive input of the comparator configuration coupled through a feedback capacitor (208) to the output (204). This provides sufficient instability to initiate oscillation with a gain of the device controlled by resonator circuit (196).

    摘要: An oscillation circuit comprises an oscillator (OS) including a CMOS inverter (IV), a feedback reactance (FX) connected between the input and output terminals of the CMOS inverter (IV) and a CMOS transfer gate (TG) connected as a feedback resistor between the input and output terminals of the CMOS inverter (IV), a power source terminal section to which an external voltage (VB) is applied, and a power control unit (PC1) for con­verting the external voltage (VB) to a first internal voltage (VD1) which is supplied as a power source voltage to the CMOS inverter (IV). In the oscillation circuit, the power control unit (PC1) converts the exter­nal voltage (VB) to a second internal voltage (VD2) independently from the first internal voltage (VD1) and supplies the second internal voltage (VD2) as a gate control voltage to the CMOS transfer gate (TG).
