Abstract: The invention relates to a phone holder (1) for a vehicle. The phone holder (1) comprises rear and front support structures (2, 3) intended to face a backside respectively a front side of a phone (8). In the second, release mode (II) is the control mechanism (100 , 200) activated to change the function of the phone holder (1) to allow a phone to be moved in the release direction (RD) without being prevented by the rotatable member (7), e.g. by releasing the latch (9) or moving the rotatable member (7) from being in contact with the phone (8).
