    摘要: Computer thermal regulation (CTR) systems and methods for thermal energy (TE) regulation of vehicle computers designed to operate within a target temperature range (TTR). A vehicle HVAC system includes a computer heat exchanger in the computer including a phase change material (PCM) with a phase change temperature (PCT). When the computer is below a TTR lower limit, the CTR system causes the HVAC system to run a heating cycle, heating the PCM to and above the PCT. The PCM releases stored TE to the computer. When the CTR system is above a TTR upper limit, the CTR system causes the HVAC system to run a cooling cycle, cooling the PCM to and below the TTR. The PCM then absorbs heat from the computer. TE storage and release processes during phase changes enable the PCM to operate as a buffer between the HVAC system and the computer to allow finer control over the computer temperature with an otherwise overpowered HVAC system for the vehicle.

At an operating pressure, the boiling temperature of said cooling fluid does not exceed the still permissible operating temperature of the electronic arrangement (1). The inventive cooling system also comprises a heat exchanger (5) which is arranged above the level of the first cooling fluid or which is connected to the same via a line configuration (9). In the electronic arrangement (1), vaporized first cooling fluid arrives in the heat exchanger (5) as vapor, is condensed there and returns to the bath again (3), whereby a first cooling fluid circuit is produced. The invention is characterized in that a second cooling fluid circuit having a second cooling fluid is provided which comprises a cooler (8) and which cools the heat exchanger (5). Said second cooling fluid circuit (6) comprises at least one cooling fluid low point which is located under the heat exchanger (5). In addition, the second cooling fluid circuit (6) comprises a pump (7) for forcing a circulating flow of the second cooling fluid.
