    摘要： Embodiments of the present application disclose a display panel and a mobile terminal. The display panel includes a light-emitting functional layer and a thin-film encapsulation layer, the light-emitting functional layer comprises a plurality of first light-emitting units and a plurality of first light extractors comprising ultraviolet light absorbing materials. In one embodiment of the present application, the first light extraction unit includes ultraviolet light absorbing material is provided to absorb or extinct ultraviolet light, thereby alleviating the decrease in the color temperature of the display panel caused by the damage of ultraviolet light to the light-emitting material.

The display substrate has a plurality of sub-pixels, which are arranged in an array, and comprises a base substrate (101), a driving circuit layer (102), a light-emitting device layer and a black matrix layer (113), wherein each sub-pixel comprises a pixel driving circuit, which is arranged in the driving circuit layer (102), and a light-emitting device (EM), which is arranged in the light-emitting device layer; the black matrix layer (113) has a plurality of first transparent openings (1131), which respectively expose the light-emitting devices (EM) of the plurality of sub-pixels in a direction perpendicular to a substrate surface of the base substrate (101), and a plurality of second transparent openings (1132), which are located between the plurality of first transparent openings (1131); the plurality of sub-pixels comprise first sub-pixels (P1) and second sub-pixels (P2); and the driving circuit layer comprises a plurality of transparent portions, and each of the plurality of second transparent openings (1132) and at least one of the plurality of transparent portions are correspondingly arranged for transmitting light within a predetermined angle range with respect to the substrate surface of the display substrate. The display substrate has a better display effect and can be used for implementing a fingerprint recognition function.

    摘要： The present application provides a display panel and a display device. A light shielding layer of the display panel is arranged on a light emitting side of a light emitting layer, and comprises openings corresponding to a light emitting area of the light emitting layer. By combining the light shielding layer with an anti-reflection layer, the present application achieves a function of a conventional polarizer. Therefore, three manufacturing steps for red, green, and blue color resists are omitted, which solves a problem that more manufacturing steps are required in conventional OLED display panels with POL-less technology.
