摘要:
This invention discloses methods for the treatment of intermediate- and high-grade non-Hodgkins lymphomas comprising administration of anti-CD20 antibodies.
摘要:
Disclosed herein is an immunologically active, chimeric anti-CD20 antibody for use as a medicament, which antibody is capable of substantial B-cell depletion when administered to a subject.

The present invention relates to an isolated protein or polypeptide corresponding to a protein or polypeptide of a Rupestris stem pitting associated virus. The encoding DNA molecule, either alone in isolated form, in an expression system, a host cell, or a transgenic grape plant, is also disclosed. Other aspects of the present invention relate to a method of imparting Rupestris stem pitting associated virus resistance to grape plants by transforming them with the DNA molecule of the present invention, and a method of detecting the presence of a Rupestris stem pitting associated virus, such as RSPaV-1, in a sample.

The invention provides antibodies and other binding agents that bind specifically to SRCR domains of human CD6 (hCD6) and have advantageous properties, including the capacity to substantially inhibit binding of activated leukocyte adhesion molecule (ALCAM) to hCD6. The binding agents of the invention are useful, inter alia, in methods for screening peptides and drugs that also bind to hCD6 and/or modulate ALCAM binding to hCD6, as well as in diagnostic and therapeutic methods for management and treatment of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
摘要:
An anti-feline herpesvirus-1 recombinant antibody which is efficacious in treating, preventing and diagnosing feline herpesvirus-1 (FHV-1) infection, and a gene fragment useful for the preparation of the antibody. A gene fragment coding for the antibody V region bearing an FHV-1 specific avidity of a mouse monoclonal antibody having an excellent activity of neutralizing FHV-1 is obtained by constructing cells which produce the antibody. A chimeric anti-FHV-1 recombinant antibody is prepared from the above gene fragment and another gene fragment coding for a feline antibody C region.
摘要:
Cloning of DNA fragments which code for the light chain or the heavy chain variable domain of the D7C2 monoclonal antibody within a baculovirus. The invention also concerns the expression of these DNA fragments in insect host cells, the anti-rhesus D recombinant monoclonal antibody so obtained and its use.

The present invention provides an altered antibody molecule (AAM) having a hinge region which has a different number of cysteine residues from that found in the hinge region normally associated with the CH1 domain of the antibody molecule and a process for producing the same using recombinant DNA technology.
