    摘要： Distributeur (10) servant à distribuer un film plastique en rouleau (78). Le distributeur présente un boîtier (12) pouvant être fixé sous une étagère ou un placard ou contre un mur. Le boîtier se compose d'un couvercle (16) installé à demeure et d'un élément de base (14) amovible venant s'adapter contre le bas du couvercle, où il est maintenu par des pattes de fixation souples (56) faisant ressort. L'élément de base porte le rouleau de film (78), de manière que l'on puisse installer aisément ce rouleau dans cet élément de base une fois que celui-ci est séparé du couvercle. L'élément de base une fois chargé est aisément mis en place. Le film (80) est déroulé par une fente (46) ménagée dans la partie postérieure de l'élément de base. Des segments de film sont coupés à l'aide d'un couteau (30) se trouvant sur la partie antérieure de l'élément de base. Un couteau de rechange (90) peut être monté par pincement sur le couteau d'origine (30). Le segment de film compris entre la fente et le couteau n'adhère pas au dessous de l'élément de base grâce à une surface rugueuse discontinue (48) créée sur le dessous de la plaque inférieure.     摘要： A tape dispenser (20) for applying adhesive tape (54) to a substrate surface (P). The dispenser (20) includes an application surface with an opening therein. A plurality of rollers (110, 120, 130, 140, 150) are provided within the housing, wherein the rollers coact with each other and the tape surfaces to retain, guide and feed the tape through the opening to the application surface. When the application surface of the tape dispenser (20) passes over the substrate (P) in one direction the outer surface of a roller (110) engages the substrate (P) causing the roller (110) to roll along the substrate (P) and to coact and drive the other rollers (120, 130, 140, 150). This causes the rollers (120, 130, 140, 150) to grip the surfaces of the tape (54) and feed the tape (54) through the opening enabling the adhesive tape (54) to be applied to the substrate (P).

As a bag is separated, a portion of the front edge of the next bag (34) is held in the gap, holding the bag in position for the next user. The roll of bags rests in angled grooves (18) in the dispenser that cause the roll to abut and frictionally engage an interior surface of the dispenser, preventing free-wheeling of the roll.
