    摘要: A shifting sleeve (228) for selectively engaging a transmission gear in a vehicle transmission is provided. The transmission gear has at least one opening defined therein. The shifting sleeve comprises at least one tooth (230) for selectively engaging the at least one opening defined in the transmission gear (204). The at least one tooth extends from the shifting sleeve body (229) and has a first portion, a second portion and a third portion. The first portion (302) has a top surface disposed at a first height and the second portion (304) has a top surface disposed at a second height, the first height being greater than the second height. The third portion (306) is disposed between the first and second portions, and has a top surface disposed at an angle and extending between the top surfaces of the first and second portions.

    摘要: The invention relates to a sensor device (120) for detecting a shifting position of a vehicle transmission (100). The vehicle transmission (100) comprises a transmission chamber (102), in which transmission elements (106, 108, 110, 112) are arranged. The sensor device (120) comprises a bar element (130), which extends from the transmission chamber (102) into a secondary chamber (122) sealed off from the transmission chamber (102) and is arranged in such a way that the bar element can be moved in dependence on the shifting position. The bar element (130) has an interface (132) arranged in the transmission chamber (102) for coupling the bar element (130) to a transmission element (108) positioned in dependence on the shifting position and an accommodating segment (134) arranged in the secondary chamber (122). The sensor device (120) also has an indicating element (124), which is attached to the accommodating segment (134) of the bar element (130). The sensor device (120) also has a detecting device (126) for detecting a position of the indicating element (124) depending on the shifting position or a motion of the indicating element (124) depending on a change in the shifting position.

    摘要: A guide plate (30) for a shift lever device is provided with an elastic member (34) having formed therein an operation hole (35) for guiding the movement of a shift lever (2) while restricting the range of movement thereof. The elastic member also includes impact absorption mechanisms (43, 44, 47) formed thereon. The impact absorption mechanisms include slits (45, 46, 48) which are provided near the operation hole, receiving sections (43a, 44a, 47a) which are provided closer to the operation hole than the slits and which can absorb the impact of the shift lever, and stopper sections (43b, 44b, 47b) which are provided at the slits at positions on the rear surface side of the receiving sections and which support the denting deformation of the receiving sections.

In the combination torsion spring (100), the coil (121) of the second torsion spring (120) is inserted into the coil (111) of the first torsion spring (110).

    摘要: A gear-shifting mechanism for vehicles has a crankcase (10), a gearbox (20) and a reserved room (30). Because the reserved room (30) is formed between a first case (11) of the crankcase (10) and a body (21) of the gearbox (20), a shift lever (14) can protrude out of the first case (11) and is mounted into the reserved room (30) to connect to a transmission between the crankcase (10) and the gearbox (20). Besides, the shift lever (14) also can protrude out of a second case (12) to connect to a transmission opposite to the gearbox (20). As a result, the shift lever (14) can output in two directions, applicable for the gearbox (20) in left or right of the crankcase (10). An engine connected to the gear-shifting mechanism can be adapted for various vehicles.
