摘要: A gadolinium chelate, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The gadolinium chelate is a complex formed by chelation of gadolinium ions and macromolecules. The macromolecules comprise any one of or a copolymer or mixture of two or more of carboxylic acid-containing high-molecular polymers, amino-containing high-molecular polymers, hydroxyl-containing high-molecular polymers, polyester high-molecular polymers, polyether high-molecular polymers, polyamide high-molecular polymers, proteins, polypeptides, and polysaccharides. The gadolinium ions and the macromolecules form the gadolinium chelate by means of chelation. The gadolinium chelate is a water-soluble macromolecular drug, can improve a longitudinal relaxation rate r 1 and reduce a ratio of r 2 /r 1 , has good water-solubility and high stability, and meanwhile, can exhibit a good imaging effect in a short period of time and shorten an MRI time.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a plurality of globular nanostructures, having a dispersity between 1 and 1.8 and a volume average hydrodynamic diameter of 13 nm to 90 nm; wherein each nanostructure comprises a polymer framework of monomer residues, wherein the average number of bonds from each monomer residue is in the range of from 3.0 up to but not including 6.0; wherein at least 90% of the monomer residues comprise two geminal chelating groups, each chelating group independently being -PO(OR 1 )(OR 2 ); wherein R 1 and R 2 are independently selected from the group consisting of a negative charge and H; and - denotes an internal bond in the monomer residue. The present disclosure also relates to a method of producing such nanostructures, to the use of such nanostructures as well as to a pharmaceutical composition comprising such nanostructures.

摘要: Symmetrically and asymmetrically branched homopolymers are modified at the surface level with functional groups that enable forming aggregates with water insoluble or poorly water soluble pharmaceutically active agents (PAA). The aggregates formed are specifically induced by interaction of PAA and homopolymer and are different from aggregates that are formed by the polymer alone in the absence of the PAA or by the PAA alone in the absence of the polymer. Such aggregates can be used to improve drug solubility, stability, delivery and efficacy.
