Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of membrane separation, and discloses a hollow fiber membrane and preparation method and use thereof. The hollow fiber membrane includes a support, a selective layer, and a transition layer between the support and the selective layer, wherein at least a portion of the transition layer is embedded in the support. The hollow fiber membrane has a high selectivity and good mechanical properties.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a textile reinforcement structure for waterproofing systems and a water-based waterproofing membrane for application on roofs and other surfaces. The textile reinforcement structure may also comprise coupled moisture and temperature sensing and active heating systems to accelerate the cure process and regulate the moisture during the life cycle. The water-based waterproofing membrane comprises radiation reflection enhancer additive, improving the thermal reflectance capacity and the sustainability and thermal comfort in buildings. Furthermore, the present invention also relates to a waterproofing system comprising such textile reinforcement structure and a water-proofing membrane, preferably the water-based waterproofing membrane of the present disclosure.

Abstract: A gas inerting system employs a carbon dioxide separation unit (140) to remove carbon dioxide and water from an oxygen depleted gas stream generated from a catalytic oxidation unit (130) and subsequently provides a nitrogen rich inerting gas to a fuel tank and/or to a cargo hold. A method of producing an inert gas passes an oxygen depleted gas stream from a catalytic oxidation unit through a carbon dioxide separation unit and provides a nitrogen rich inerting gas for fuel tank inerting and/or cargo hold fire suppression.

Abstract: A hybrid type filtration structure for filtering liquid includes a first active layer, a porous supporting layer and a permeable layer. The first active layer has a first nano pore inner wall of which a function group included compound is combined with. The porous supporting layer has a plurality of pores and is disposed under the first active layer. The permeable layer is disposed under the porous supporting layer. The porous supporting layer includes a plurality of lipid bilayers having membrane protein inside of the pore, a molecule of water selectively passes through the membrane protein. The first nano pore passes through the first active layer vertically. The first nano pore and the pore are connected with each other through which liquid flows.
