• der Extruder (8) ein Mischrohr (30) oder eine Mischkammer zur Mischung des Flüssigbetonstroms und des eingespritzten Erstarrungsbeschleunigers aufweist,

摘要: The present invention relates to fully automated mixing apparatus with continuous action for Portland cement mortars and foam concretes with different qualities and volumetric weights. The hull at the mixer has at least two hoppers (1,2) for dry materials, which can be portland cement, gypsum, lime, dry mixtures, dry sand. In each hopper (1,2) there is an auger dispenser (5,7) driven by a stepper motor (8), which feeds the set amount of dry material into a dry mixer (9) in which the augers (5,7) are next to each other, the construction of the mixer is open only from below and the nozzles injects the necessary water with chemical additives. A foam generator (18) feeds foam for the production of foam concrete. Stepper motors (8) precisely change augers and peristaltic hose pumps (17) revolutions to change the processes for continuous production of portland cement mortars and foam concrete with different qualities and volumetric weights and automatic change of recipes.
