    摘要: The present invention provides a pillar member of a vehicle, which is characterized by comprising: a pillar main body portion forming at least one closed cross section portion; and a connecting and joining portion provided on both ends of the pillar main body portion and coupled to a vehicle body. The pillar main body portion and the connecting and joining portion are continuously formed. The connecting and joining portion includes: a first connecting and joining portion provided on one side of the pillar main body portion; and a second connecting and joining portion provided on the other side of the pillar main body portion so as to face the first connecting and joining portion. The pillar main body portion is continuously formed through a roll forming technique in a region between the first connecting and joining portion and the second connecting and joining portion, and has an odd number of closed cross section portions formed therein.

    摘要: A threaded reinforcing bar coupling for a deformed reinforcing bar according to the present invention connects a pair of reinforcing bars (1, 1), which are deformed reinforcing bars, with male threaded portions (1c) provided at end portions of the reinforcing bars and a threaded cylinder (2). In each reinforcing bar (1), by roll forming on an iron wire rod which is a raw material, a projection (1b) on an outer peripheral surface is formed and a diameter enlarged portion which is larger in diameter than another portion is formed in a portion in a longitudinal direction. An outer diameter of the diameter enlarged portion is not larger than a reinforcing bar outermost diameter (D1) including the projection (1a) of the reinforcing bar (1). The male threaded portion (1c) is formed in the diameter enlarged portion by rolling.

    摘要: A rolling mill for the production of rails comprising a reversible intermediate working section (3) which receives broken down bars from an appropriate upstream break down rolling station (2) and passes them to a downstream finishing station (4). The intermediate working section (3) comprises a first (30) and a second universal stand (32), a high edging stand (31) placed between the first and the second universal stands (30, 32). The three stands (30, 31, 32) are placed at such a distance between each other that the bar can be simultaneously held in all three said stands (30, 31, 32) during rolling. A method for the rolling of rails with such a plant comprises the following operations in order: a rolling passage (U1) in the second universal stand (32); a rolling passage (E1) in the high edging stand (31); a rolling passage (U2) in the first universal stand (30).
