Es wird ein austauschbarer Werkzeugeinsatz (10) für ein endoskpisches Bearbeitungsgerät beschrieben, mit einer Welle (18), die an ihrem distalen Ende mit einer Werkzeugeinheit (12) und an ihrem proximalen Ende mit einem Kupplungselement (20) verbunden ist, wobei die Welle (18) flexibel ausgebildet ist und mit einem Verriegelungsmechanismus (44) zum lösbaren Halten des Werkzeugeinsatzes (10) am Bearbeitungsgerät. Der Verriegelungsmechanismus (44) weist ein an der Werkzeugeinheit (12) angeordnetes Verriegelungselement (52) auf, in das ein Verriegelungsteil (50) des Bearbeitungsgerätes eingreift. Die Werkzeugeinheit (12) ist mit der Welle (18) so verbunden, daß diese eine Einheit bilden, die bei Verriegelung des Verriegelungsmechanismus (44) lösbar am Bearbeitungsgerät gehalten wird und nach Entriegelung des Verriegelungsmechanismus (44) entnommen werden kann. Des weiteren wird ein derartiges endoskopisches Bearbeitungsgerät mit einem solchen austauschbaren Werkzeugeinsatz (10) beschrieben (Fig. 1a).

The adapter has a rearwardly directed head (76) at its top, the head having a rotatable dial (85) mounted therein which is provided with a multiplicity of differently sized drill bit receiving openings (87), so that, in use, by angularly moving the dial, the opening for a particular size of drill bit can be brought to a location where the drill bit can be inserted in the hole and correctly worked by the grinding wheel, when the adapted is fitted to the tool.

The object of the invention is to produce a hand-held grinder with a robust design, which is easy and ergonomic to use. To achieve this, according to the invention the hand-held grinder comprises a holder for holding the grinder, a drive motor and a tool head, the tool head being movably arranged on the holder by means of a moving device. Said tool head can be pivoted in relation to the holder about one or more pivoting axes and the distance of the tool head from the holder can be varied by means of the moving device.
