摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing a molded body from a blowing-agent containing foam material, which comprises at least one fiber (F), said at least one fiber (F) being partly introduced into the blowing-agent containing foam material. The two ends of the respective fiber (F) which are not surrounded by the foam material thus protrude on one side of the corresponding molded body. The invention further relates to a molded body as such. The invention also relates to a panel which comprises at least one such molded body produced according to the method of the invention, and at least one additional layer (S1). The invention further relates to the production of the panels according to the invention and to the use thereof, for example as rotor blades in wind turbines.

摘要: A method for producing an expandable polymer granulated material comprises the steps a) providing a polymer component (P), consisting of PS) 90-100 wt% (relative to P) of a styrene polymer component with a glass-transition temperature ≥ 130°C, which is formed from PS1) 30-100 wt% (relative to P) of one or more styrene polymers, containing PS11) 60-85 wt% (relative to PS1) copolymerized styrene (PS11) or alpha-methylstyrene (PS12) or a copolymerized mixture of alpha-methylstyrene and styrene (PS13), PS12) 15-40 wt% (relative to PS1) of at least one copolymerized monomer from the group consisting of maleic anhydride and maleimides, and PS2) 0-70 wt% (relative to P) of one or more styrene polymers different from PS1, containing PS21) 60-82 wt% (relative to PS2) copolymerized styrene (PS11) or alpha-methylstyrene (PS12) or a copolymerized mixture of styrene and alpha-methylstyrene (PS13), and PS22) 18-40 wt% (relative to PS2) copolymerized acrylonitrile, and PT) 0-10 wt% (relative to P) of one or more thermoplastic polymers from the group consisting of aromatic polyethers; polyolefins; polyacrylates; polycarbonates (PC); polyesters; polyamides; polyethersulfones (PES); polyetherketones (PEK) and polyether sulfides (PES), (b) heating the polymer component (P) to form a polymer melt, (c) introducing 1-5 wt% (relative to P) of a propellant component (T) into the polymer melt to form a foamable melt, (d) homogenizing the mixture, (e) optionally introducing additives into the polymer component (P) in at least one of steps a), b), c) and/or d), (f) extruding the propellant-containing polymer melt through a die plate, (g) granulating the propellant-containing melt in a liquid-filled chamber at a pressure of 1.5-15 bar to form a granulated material. The expandable granulated material is suitable for producing molded foam articles for applications as insulation material and as structural foam elements for lightweight construction and composite applications.
