    摘要: An injection molding machine includes a nozzle which injects a molding material into a mold unit, a flow path opening/closing mechanism which opens or closes a flow path of the molding material in the nozzle, a cylinder having a front end portion in which the nozzle is provided, a screw which is disposed to be rotatable and movable forward or rearward inside the cylinder, a drive source which drives the screw, and a control unit which controls the flow path opening/closing mechanism and the drive source, in which the flow path opening/closing mechanism includes a valve body which is moved between an open position at which the valve body opens the flow path and a closed position at which the valve body closes the flow path, and after a plasticizing process of accumulating the molding material in a front portion of the cylinder starts and before a filling process of filling an inside of the mold unit with the molding material accumulated in the front portion of the cylinder starts, the control unit executes a control of releasing the fixing of the valve body located at the closed position to enable a movement of the valve body to the open position by a pressure of the molding material accumulated inside the nozzle.

    摘要: An air-cooled sprue bush (100) is mounted on a mold (200) and contains: a columnar runner body (10) and a flange portion (20). The runner body (10) includes a gate (11) and a cooling path (30) defined in the runner body (10), the cooling path (30) has plural U-shaped channels (31) annularly arranged around the cooling path (30), and each U-shaped channel (31) has a mesh structure formed therein. The flange portion (20) is fixed on the runner body (10) so as to contact with an outer face (201) of the mold (200), and the gate (11) passes through the flange portion (20) and has a feeding orifice (12) formed in the flange portion (20). The flange portion (20) also includes at least one inlet (21) and at least one outlet (22) which are in communication with the cooling path (30) of the runner body (10) and do not contact with the mold (200), such that external gas flows out of the at least one outlet (22) from the at least one inlet (21) via the cooling path (30).
