    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming boxes with curved corners starting from a die-cut sheet F. The apparatus 1 comprises at least one forming matrix 10, which delimits a forming cavity 10' by means of two pairs of guides 11, 12 and 13, 14 counterposed in pairs along two orthogonal axes Y1 and Y2 of the cavity 10'. These guides define with their top a support plane m for the die-cut sheet. The apparatus comprises a forming head 20, which in use can be inserted inside the cavity to push the die-cut sheet therein so as to form a box B. The apparatus 1 further comprises: - at least two main vacuum gripping devices 31 and 32, which are arranged outside the cavity 10' in opposite positions along the second axis Y2 and are each operable to engage in gripping from underneath with the die-cut sheet in order to hold it flat on the support m; and - at least four pusher devices 41, 42, 43, 44, which are arranged outside the cavity 10', each near one of the four corners of the cavity, wherein each of them is operable to raise one of the four side flaps G1', G1" and G2', G2" of the die-cut sheet F from the support plane. The apparatus 1 further comprises an electronic control unit 100 that is programmed to operate at each forming cycle of a box B the main gripping devices, the pusher devices and the forming head according to the following sequence: gripping actuation of the gripping devices; actuation of the pushers; deactivation of the gripping devices; and insertion of the forming head in the forming cavity.

    摘要: A horizontal high-speed paper cup/paper bowl forming machine is provided. Specifically, the seven-station main rotation tower forming mechanism has a stamping die station, a paper feeding connection station, a first cup bottom preheating station, a second cup bottom preheating station, a bottom crimping station, a rolling station, and a main and auxiliary tower connection station, which are sequentially arranged along a circumferential direction. The seven-station auxiliary rotation tower forming mechanism has the main and auxiliary tower connection station, a cup rim lubrication station, a pre-crimping station, a first final crimping station, a second final crimping station, a cup outlet station, and a reserved vacant station, which are arranged sequentially along a circumferential direction. The stations arranged in sequence along the circumferential direction of the seven-station main rotation tower forming mechanism is in an opposite order to the stations arranged in sequence along the circumferential direction of the seven-station auxiliary rotation tower forming mechanism. The station layout of the forming machine is more reasonable, and the spatial structure is more compact. In addition, a new main transmission mechanism is adopted to match with the forming machine, which is more reasonable and more compact. These provide technical support for subsequent modular assembly. For the turntable paper feeding mechanism, the turntable is driven by the servo motor to realize indexing rotation. The structure is simple, compact, and highly stable to meet the needs of high-speed operation.
