摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming boxes with curved corners starting from a die-cut sheet F. The apparatus 1 comprises at least one forming matrix 10, which delimits a forming cavity 10' by means of two pairs of guides 11, 12 and 13, 14 counterposed in pairs along two orthogonal axes Y1 and Y2 of the cavity 10'. These guides define with their top a support plane m for the die-cut sheet. The apparatus comprises a forming head 20, which in use can be inserted inside the cavity to push the die-cut sheet therein so as to form a box B. The apparatus 1 further comprises: - at least two main vacuum gripping devices 31 and 32, which are arranged outside the cavity 10' in opposite positions along the second axis Y2 and are each operable to engage in gripping from underneath with the die-cut sheet in order to hold it flat on the support m; and - at least four pusher devices 41, 42, 43, 44, which are arranged outside the cavity 10', each near one of the four corners of the cavity, wherein each of them is operable to raise one of the four side flaps G1', G1" and G2', G2" of the die-cut sheet F from the support plane. The apparatus 1 further comprises an electronic control unit 100 that is programmed to operate at each forming cycle of a box B the main gripping devices, the pusher devices and the forming head according to the following sequence: gripping actuation of the gripping devices; actuation of the pushers; deactivation of the gripping devices; and insertion of the forming head in the forming cavity.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for manipulating flow pack packaging FP of long pasta, comprising: - at least one vacuum gripping head 11 or 12 designed to hold at least one flow pack packaging FP of long pasta at a time; and - a movement system 100, which is associated with said at least one vacuum gripping head and is suitable to move it in space. The vacuum gripping head 11 or 12 comprises: - one or more vacuum suction cups 21, 22, 23, 24 which define a vacuum gripping surface extended along a longitudinal axis X of the vacuum gripping head; and - two profiles 31, 32 extending longitudinally sideways to the gripping surface, to define two longitudinal lateral abutment surfaces 31a and 32a for a flow pack packaging FP supported in gripping by the aforementioned one or more suction cups. The two longitudinal lateral abutment surfaces are positioned with respect to the suction cups so that in use they limit any rolling movements of the packaging around the longitudinal axis X, induced by the displacement of the gripping head.
