摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein zusammenfaltbares Fahrzeug (10), das einen zusammengefalteten Zustand einnehmen kann, in dem das Fahrzeug (10) nicht nutzbar und in einer Tasche (230) verstaubar ist, und einen entfalteten Zustand einnehmen kann, in dem das Fahrzeug (10) wahlweise als Roller zum Transport einer Person oder als Handwagen zum Transport von Waren nutzbar ist. Das Fahrzeug (10) weist eine Bodenplatte (12), eine Lenkstange (14) und vier Räder (16, 18, 20, 22) auf. Im entfalteten Zustand bildet die Bodenplatte (12) eine durchgängige ebene Fläche, wobei die Bodenplatte (12) in mindestens drei Plattenelemente (24, 26, 28, 30) geteilt ist, die durch mindestens zwei quer zur Fahrtrichtung angeordnete Scharniere (32, 34, 36) verbunden sind, mittels denen die Bodenplatte (12) in Richtung der Unterseite des Fahrzeugs (10) zusammenfaltbar ist. Alle Räder (16, 18, 20, 22) sind an den äußeren Plattenelementen (24, 30), nämlich zwei Räder (16, 18) an einem vorderen Plattenelement (24) und zwei Räder (20, 22) an einem hinteren Plattenelement (30), angeordnet. Die Lenkstange (14) ist eine Teleskopstange, die im zusammengefalteten Zustand ohne Demontage der Teleskopstange zwischen den Plattenelementen (24, 26, 28, 30) verstaubar ist. Die Lenkstange (14) kann nach vorne in verschiedene Kipppositionen gekippt und nach hinten aufgerichtet werden, wobei die Lenkstange (14) mit einer Lenkachse (46) verbunden ist, über die durch seitliches Schwenken der Lenkstange (14) um die Lenkachse (46) die Räder (16, 18) am vorderen Plattenelement (24) in jeder Kippposition der Lenkstange (14) gelenkt werden können. In einer nach vorne gekippten Kippposition der Lenkstange (14) lässt sich das Fahrzeug (10) an der Lenkstange (14) ziehen.

The lateral connector structure (206) may include a first lateral connector set (206-1) connecting the first front cross-member end (200-1) of the front cross-member (200) to the first rear cross-member end (202-1) of the rear cross-member (202) and a second lateral connector set (206-2) connecting the second front cross-member end (200-2) of the front cross-member (200) to the second rear cross-member end (202-2) of the rear cross-member (202).

The first platform and the second platform are removably or fixedly attached or connected to each other by means of a folding mechanism (118). The folding mechanism comprises a plurality of components (118a-118d), a cylindrical nut (118e), and one or more legs (118f, 118g). The plurality of components, the cylindrical nut, and the one or more legs are removably or fixedly attached or connected together by means of a shaft (118h) such that the one or more legs are rotatable or movable along the shaft and the first platform is foldable along the shaft in a manner in which the first platform is parallel to the hollow member.

The self-balancing scooter includes two scooter bodies (1) on which foot boards (2) and motorized wheels (3) are disposed, and a rotating shaft device (4), where the rotating shaft device includes a rotating shaft (41), two axle seats (421, 422, 42), and a torsion limiting mechanism (43). The torsion limiting mechanism controls a rotation angle by the fit between a limiting portion (433) on the rotating shaft and a fitting portion (411, 412) on one of the two axle seats. The present disclosure realizes torsion limit by directly using the rotating shaft and the axle seats without the use of an additional element (for example, a limiting shaft), thus simplifying the structure of the rotating shaft device and facilitating assembly.
