摘要: Disclosed are a frictional resistance reducing device that effectively reduces the frictional resistance of a ship, and a ship including same. The frictional resistance reducing device comprises: a first air discharge part formed on the leading undersurface of a ship and discharging air into water; a second air discharge part formed behind the first air discharge part and discharging air into water; and an air supplying source supplying air to the first air discharge part and the second air discharge part, wherein the first air discharge part and the second air discharge part are disposed in-line along the lengthwise direction of the ship, and at least a portion of a first air discharge duration of the first air discharge part and at least a portion of a second air discharge duration of the second air discharge part overlap each other.

摘要: This relates to vessels in general, but in particular to vessel designed to be exposed from low to medium to high waves. Both for comfort of persons, animals or fragile goods, steady sailing is preferred, without causing the waves slamming in on the vessel hull or excessive pitching of the vessel. This is also the case for service and supply vessels performing operations in relation to offshore or subsea installations. To obtain a solution to the aforementioned issues the present invention provides a vessel, wherein a stern (11) of the vessel extend below a design waterline (Tdwl), and wherein opposite side faces (14,15) of the stern (11), when seen in an opposite direction of the vessels primary sailing direction, form an acute angle under and above the design waterline (Tdwl) to decrease the vessels displacement in the rear end and are adjoined along at a line of symmetry forming a stern centerline (CL).

摘要: In a ship including a single screw vessel type stem equipped with overlapping propellers, a waterline shape of a stem S in an area of at least 0.4R (R denotes a propeller radius) in a vertical direction from shaft centers of propellers 1 and 2 is formed such that an inclination angle α of an aft end portion of the waterline is 15 degrees or smaller with respect to a hull centerline, and a virtual width at an aft end position is 600 mm or smaller when the waterline shape is extended to an aft end. Further, a bracket fin 8 may be provided in a space between each of stem tubes 3a and 4a into which propeller shafts 3 and 4 are respectively inserted and the stern S. Moreover, a wake improved fin 13 for improving a wake distribution which is accelerated by the rotation of the fore propeller 2 and flows into the aft propeller 1 is provided above the propeller shafts 3 and 4 and at the stern S.

The stern structural body (6) includes a side fin (63,73) configured to extend backwardly from the stern body (3), spread externally with respect to the ship body center line (C) and be joined to side portions of the plurality of propeller shaft tubes (11,21) to support the plurality of propeller shaft tubes (11,21), and an upper fin (62,72) configured to be provided separately at a rear of the stern body (3), extend downwardly from a bottom of the stern body (3) and be joined to upper portions of the plurality of propeller shaft tubes (11,21) to support the plurality of propeller shaft tubes (11,21). The side fin (63,73) and the upper fin (62,72) are joined to the stern body (3) to coincide with directions of stream lines around the ship body.
