The air-supply unit supplies air in the annular space. The automatic dosing device and the flavoring modules of the invention have a detachable split-up structure, a disassembling operation is made flexible and convenient, and a convenient and quick replacing and cleaning is realized. The automatic dosing device can adjust the flavoring module quickly according to different flavoring requirements imposed by different cooking apparatus, and the compatibility of the automatic dosing device with various cooking apparatuses is improved.

Die Erfindung umfasst eine Dosiervorrichtung für pulver- oder pastenförmiges Dosiergut, in deren Antriebsvorrichtung ein Dosierkopf eingesetzt und daraus entfernt werden kann. Der Dosierkopf kann mit mindestens einem Entnahmegefäss verbunden werden. Der Dosierkopf weist ein Gehäuse mit einer im Betriebszustand nach unten gerichteten Austrittsöffnung und einer nach oben gerichteten Lager- und Durchtrittsstelle auf, wobei im Gehäuse ein rotierbares Verschlusselement und eine Verschlusswelle, deren Mittellängsachse im Betriebszustand im Wesentlichen vertikal verläuft, angeordnet sind. Im Gehäuse des Dosierkopfs ist mindestens ein Zufuhrschacht zwischen der mindestens einen Aufnahme und der Austrittsöffnung ausgebildet. Ferner ist die Mittellängsachse des mindestens einen Zufuhrschachts in spitzem Winkel zur Mittellängsachse der Verschlusswelle angeordnet, wobei dessen Winkelweite grösser als 0° und kleiner als 90° ist und dessen Winkelscheitel im Betriebszustand gegen unten gerichtet ist. Des Weiteren verläuft die Mittellängsachse der Verschlusswelle ausserhalb der mindestens einen Aufnahme.
