摘要： Zur maschinellen Herstellung einer in der Größe variablen Versandtasche (17) mit einem darin befindlichen ebenfalls der Größe variablen Verpackungsgut (3) im Durchlaufverfahren wird das Verpackungsgut (3) horizontal zu einer vertikalen Verpackungsmaterialbahn (10') transportiert und in Transportrichtung (4) des Verpackungsguts (3) in die senkrecht zu der Transportrichtung (4) befindliche Verpackungsmaterialbahn (10') hinein bewegt, so dass das Verpackungsgut (3) auf der Verpackungsmaterialbahn (10') beim Weitertransport zu liegen kommt, anschließend ein erstes unteres Verpackungsmaterialbahnende (27) in Transportrichtung (4) oberhalb des Verpackungsguts (3) und ein zweites oberes Verpackungsmaterialbahnende (28) auf das erste untere Materialbahnende (27) angeordnet, oder umgekehrt, und miteinander verbunden wird, so dass ein banderolenförmiger Verpackungsmaterialumschlag (23) mit zwei gegenüberliegenden offenen quer zur Transportrichtung (4) weisenden Längsseiten entsteht, und der Verpackungsmaterialumschlag (23) mit dem Verpackungsgut (3) weitertransportiert und anschließend an den offenen Längsseiten mit einer Verschlussnaht (21) verschlossen. Überschüssiges Verpackungsmaterial (10) wird parallel zu der Verschlussnaht (21) beidseitig auf der dem Verpackungsgut (3) abgewandten Seite der Verschlussnaht (21) abgeschnitten. (Figur 1)

The package content is conveyed into the pocket of a folding revolver (65) by the inner blank (26) that is kept ready, the package content being partially wrapped in the inner blank (26) in the process, and folding flaps are connected to each other in the area of an inner bottom wall (36) of the inner blank (26) on the folding revolver (65) by means of thermal sealing to form a fin seal (37), in particular in several successive sealing stations (78) arranged on the circumference of the folding revolver (65) during a standstill phase of the folding revolver (65), which is driven at intervals.
