Method of preparation of granulated industrial nitrogen-calcium fertilizer from the reaction mixture resulting from decomposition of mineral salts of calcium cations with nitric acid, by the action of a basic agent at pH of 6 to 10 and at a temperature of 50 to 120 °C. Undesirable cations are precipitated, they are separated, in the obtained solution the ratio Ca2+ : NH 4+ is adjusted to 4.5 to 9.4 by adding aqueous solution of nitric acid and gaseous and/or liquidammonia and/or ammonia nitrate. The obtained solution is thickened, overheated solution having a temperature of 100 to 170 °C is injected into a granulator, powder phase is added, it is granulated at a temperature of 40 to 135 °C, and adjusted to a temperature of the resulting granulate not exceeding 110 °C. The granulated material is screened, the appropriate fraction of the granulated fertilizeris separated, oversized fraction is grind and together with the undersized fraction is cooled and returned into the granulator.

The method of calcium nitrate production by treating limestone with the nitric acids, evaporation of the calcium nitrate solution, followed by cooling and crystallization of the product at the solid stage, characterized by the fact that the reaction process between nitric acids and the limestone is carried out in a reactor with a packing, and the concentration of the calcium nitrate solution is carried out until crystalline seeds come into being in situ. Next, the obtained crystallization suspension is cooled while microelements of the group: Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn are simultaneously added, which is followed by the formation, and the crystallization of the end product in a solid form of flakes.

Method for obtaining fertilizing salts and derivatives of strontium, by wet process, starting from mineral material such as strontium sulphate which is reacted with ammonium carbonate in excess. This reaction is carried out continuously and with counter-current flows of reagents. This excess of ammonium carbonate used is recovered in order to recycle it in the process and to isolate the ammonium sulphate which may be treated continuously with a lime carbonate or oxide, recovering the gases evolved by the reaction and obtaining as final product lime sulphate (gypsum). In a second phase, strontium carbonate obtained is continuously reacted with nitric acid in order to obtain strontium nitrate, part of which is carbonated with gases (CO₂ and NH₃) producing a precipitate of strontium carbonate and a solution of ammonium nitrate.
