摘要： The invention relates to a drive mechanism for vertical opening and closing of coke oven doors of horizontal coke oven chambers. The doors are lifted into the open position via a chain or a cable. The cable or the chain are connected to an actuation lever via deflection pulleys. The cable or chain can be pulled horizontally so that the doors are lifted up vertically via deflection pulleys. The actuation lever is connected to a lifting eye which, after actuation of the actuation lever, can engage into the grab boss of a grab car. The grab car is driven via a tow line and after the actuation of the actuation lever, pulls the door into the open position. The door can be held in the open position via a suitable mechanism.

Furthermore, the sucking device (3), the door lifting mechanism (4), and other coke oven manipulating devices are positioned between the adjacent windshield walls (9) while the windshield walls (9) are placed at a distance from each other such that the door lifting mechanism (4) and the optional other coke oven manipulating devices can be operated within the shielded zone (10).

A chute (15) attached to the frame can be raised into engagement with the coking drum lower flange for removal of coke from the drum. Following such coke removal, the chute is lowered and the cover unit is moved laterally and remotely reconnected to the coking drum lower flange.

The device includes a head unit (14) for attachment to a lower flange of a coking drum (10) and fastening means (20) by which a plurality of swing bolts are disconnected by remotely operated detensioning equipment, and a platform device (30) which lowers the header unit, moves it laterally to one side, and tips it for cleaning. A chute attached to the platform is brought into engagement with the coke drum lower flange for removal of coke from the drum. Following the coke removal, the chute is removed and the head unit is remotely reconnected to the coker drum lower flange. The invention also discloses a method for remotely operating the unheading device.

摘要： Die bis zu 10 t und mehr Gewicht aufweisenden Koksofentüren 4 werden über eine Türabhebemaschine 10 aus dem Sitz gelöst und nach Abschluß des Drückvorganges wieder genau eingesetzt. Während des Verfahrens in Rich tung Ofenachse wird die Türabhebemaschine 10 selbsttätig und ofengerecht an den an beiden Seiten der Ofenöffnung 3 vorstehenden Verriegelungshaken 40, 41 bzw. am oberhalb des Türkopfes 2 angeordneten Führungsbock 75 ausgerich tet, so daß die Verkokungsplatte 5 genau mittig in die Türöffnung hineinfährt. Die Türabhebemaschine 10 besteht aus einem Schwenkrahmen 12 und einem darin schwim mend gelagerten Pendelrahmen 11. Dadurch können sich die die Koksofentür 4 tragenden Teile an den Verriegelungsha ken 40, 41 bzw. am Führungsbock 75 ausrichten. Der Zentrierrahmen 17, 18 weist entweder Zentriernasen 55, 56 auf, die zwischen die Verriegelungshaken 40, 41 eingeführt werden oder eine Zentrierstange 76, die in den Führungs schlitz 89 des Führungsbocks 75 eingeführt wird. Über einen Federtopf 62 mit Feder 64 werden die Bewegungen in Richtung Ofenachse abgefedert. Beim Herausnehmen der Koksofentür wird diese über den als Kemmvorrichtung 80, 81 ausgebildeten Abheber 8 in der jeweiligen Lage fixiert gehalten und verschwenkt.
