摘要: The invention relates to a method for reprocessing CO2-containing exhaust gases in a multistage reduction process. The CO2-containing exhaust gas is conducted in the counter stream to a solid mass stream of inert bulk material and organic material that can be thermally decomposed through a plurality of zones (4, 3, 2, 1) into a pressure equalization region and is thereby converted into pyrolysis gases. In the flow direction of the solid mass stream in a fuel gas production stage (1) at 250 - 700°C, the organic matter is thermally decomposed under reducing conditions into short-chained hydrocarbons, hydrogen and carbon monoxide to produce coke and residue. In an intermediate stage (2) with increasing temperature, oxidation of the pyrolysis coke is carried out, wherein the developing carbon monoxide is suctioned off counter to the solid mass stream in the direction of the fuel gas production stage (1). In a carbon monoxide production stage (3) at 800 - 1,600°C, the remaining coke residue is converted with carbon dioxide into carbon monoxide by setting the pressure and temperature according to the Boudouard equilibrium. In a cooling stage (4), the developing solid residual material and the bulk material are cooled in the CO2 counter stream to below 100°C and are separated, wherein the bulk material is returned to the cycle.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for gasifying solid fuel in a co-current gasifier having a fuel silo (14) and a combustion chamber (32). The method comprises a pyrolysis phase in which the fuel decomposes into pyrolysis products, and a gasification phase in which the pyrolysis products are gasified into product gas. Heat transfer from the combustion chamber (32) to the fuel silo (14) is restricted in the method. This is to ensure that the fuel does not dry and pyrolysis does not take place in the fuel silo. The beginning of the pyrolysis is intentionally transferred as close to the gasification phase as possible, and an attempt is made to make the duration of the pyrolysis phase as short as possible. The rise of the fuel temperature is slowed down by transferring heat generated in the gasification phase to a medium, such as gasification air. In the co-current gasifier according to the invention, between the fuel silo and the combustion chamber, there is a cooling channel (18), which restricts the transfer of heat and also functions as a preheater for the gasification air. The gasifier has an upper floor (16a), which forms the upper surface of the cooling channel, and a lower floor (16b) forming the lower surface of the cooling channel, and the fuel silo is placed above the upper floor and the combustion chamber below the lower floor. The combustion chamber of the gasifier comprises an internal jacket (34), an intermediate jacket (36), an external jacket (38) and a grate (40). The gasification air is arranged to be conducted to the combustion chamber through a space between the intermediate jacket and the external jacket.

摘要: The present invention is in the field of gas production and more particularly relates to a method and an apparatus for the production of product gas from carbonaceous material such as biomass. The method and apparatus according to the invention employ direct heat transfer between carbonaceous material and a hot gas where the product gas is reheated and recycled through a carbonaceous material. The present invention provides a method comprising the steps of: a) heating a gaseous medium by thermal energy, b) transporting the heated gaseous medium to a first reactor containing carbonaceous feed material, c) heating the carbonaceous feed material in the first reactor to a temperature of at least 400 oC by means of the heated gaseous medium so as to form components of a product gas, the gaseous medium of step c) is directed to a second reactor containing carbonaceous feed material and the gaseous medium is forced through the carbonaceous feed material of the second reactor, d) withdrawing at least part of the product gas after the gaseous medium has passed the carbonaceous feed material of the second reactor, and e) recirculating the rest of the gaseous medium to the first reactor thereby continuing the production of product gas through steps (a)-(d), the circulation of gaseous medium from the first reactor to the second reactor continuous until a set point has been reached and/or until a pre-set time has been reached and then the direction in which the gas is circulated is reversed, wherein the heating performed in step (a) is provided by an electrical source.
