摘要: Method of railway track renewal in an underground tube by replacing a long part of the track by a temporary auxiliary track or bridging construction (2) such that said auxiliary track becomes part of the course of the original track and the train traffic can remain its normal route. The bridge (2) comprises two parallel rigid longitudinal beams (3) between temporary rails (5) and in length adjustable cross beams (4), such that the mutual spacing between beams (3) and rails (5) can be adjusted. The bridge also has the (negative) conductor rail (6) and longitudinal beams (7) parallel to beams (3) and supports (8), having an adjustible length. Bridge(2) behaves like a unitary object.

摘要: The invention relates to a sleeper for a railroad section, the sleeper comprising a main body having an elongated form, a bottom side and two elongated sidewalls adjacent to the bottom side; and a surface extension element connected to either the bottom side or at least one of the two elongated sidewalls for extending the bottom surface area of the sleeper. In addition, the invention relates to a railroad section for transporting a vehicle over a ground section, the railroad section comprising two rails; sleepers connected substantially perpendicular to the underside of rails at the top side of the sleepers; and at least one surface extension element having a substantially flat underside connected at or near the bottom side of the sleepers. The invention also relates to a method of laying down a railroad comprising at least a first track and a second track.

摘要: The invention relates to a rail (11) for a track (10) for a wheeled vehicle. The rail (11) is generally elongate and has a substantially "I" transverse cross section, such as to provide an upper rail head (14) and a lower rail foot (15) joined by a web (16). The rail head (14) is provided with at least one and preferably two laterally spaced apart longitudinally extending apertures (19), which are adapted to receive alignment pins (21) so that in use, and on said rails (11) being coupled to each other substantially end on end, the pins (21) extend between abutting ends of said rails (11) to maintain the rails (11) in an abutting and substantially aligned relationship. A track (10) is also provided including spaced apart rails (11), a plurality of spacers (12) extending between spaced apart rails (11) and maintaining the rails (10) in a predetermined spaced apart relationship. Means (21A, 21B) are provided to pivotally engage the spacers (12) with the rails, so that the rails (11) are able to move and pivot relative to each other such as for the adjustment of gauge, packaging, and transport. The track (10) includes rails (11) which are substantially parallel one to the other and rails (11) which are of a generally arcuate or curved formation relative to each other.
