    摘要: The invention addresses protecting the free ends of communication lines from debris during downhole wet-mate connection in a wellbore, with protection of the lines upon disconnection as well. A reciprocating debris exclusion device is provided for use with upper and lower tools to be connected. The lower tool has a reciprocating cover member mounted for sliding engagement with the housing of the lower tool, the cover member shielding the free end of a communication line. An upper tool has a bladder-type cover member attached to the upper tool and protecting the free end of a communication line. The reciprocating cover member is moveable between a closed and an open position and is moved in response to contact with the upper tool. The bladder cover is movable between closed and open positions and is moved to the open position by contact with the reciprocating cover member of the lower tool.

    摘要: An artificial lift system removes reservoir fluids from a wellbore. A gas lift system is disposed in a first tubing string anchored by a packer, and a downhole pump, or alternative plunger lift, may be positioned with a second tubing string. A dual string anchor may be disposed with the first tubing string to limit the movement of the second tubing string. The second tubing string may be removably attached with the dual string anchor with an on-off tool without disturbing the first tubing string. A one-way valve may also be used to allow reservoir fluids to flow into the first tubing string in one direction only. The second tubing string may be positioned within the first tubing string and the injected gas may travel down the annulus between the first and second tubing strings. A bi-flow connector may anchor the second string to the first string and allow reservoir liquids in the casing tubing annulus to pass through the connector to the downhole pump. Injected gas may be allowed to pass vertically through the bi- flow connector to lift liquids from below the downhole pump to above the downhole pump. The bi-flow connector prevents the downwardly injected gas from interfering with the reservoir fluids flowing through the bi-flow connector. In another embodiment, gas from the reservoir lifts reservoir liquids from below the downhole pump to above the downhole pump. A first tubing string may contain a downhole pumping system or alternative plunger lift above a packer assembly. A concentric tubing system below the packer may lift liquids using the gas from the reservoir.

    摘要: Afin d'assurer la sécurité de puits communiquant notamment avec une cavité lessivée dans le sel gemme et contenant du gaz sous pression, l'art antérieur propose des dispositifs ayant l'inconvénient de réduire les sections de passage au travers des tubes du puits.
    La présente invention minimise cette réduction grâce à un manchon 100 cylindrique creux obturé intérieurement par un bouchon 60 et comportant des conduits 131 percés dans sa paroi de façon à réaliser un croisement des écoulements fluides ayant lieu d'une part dans le tube 10 central du puits 2 et d'autre part dans l'annulaire 9 entre ce tube 10 central et un tube 30 périphérique.
    Ce manchon 100 est, dans une forme de réalisation de la présente invention, pris en sandwich entre des morceaux de tube 10 central et de tube 30 périphérique, tandis que des vannes 50 de sécurité sont avantageusement montées autour des morceaux de tube 10 central au-dessus et en dessous du manchon 100. Il en résulte un ensemble de sécurité qui, dans le cadre du procédé d'exploitation du puits selon l'invention, est raccordé aux tubes 10 central et 30 périphérique.
    Dès lors, les écoulements établis tant dans le tube 10 central que dans l'annulaire 9 peuvent être arrêtés en cas d'incident par les vannes 50 sans que leur présence en particulier n'entrave de façon notable le passage dans le tube 10 central.
    Dans le cadre d'une exploitation en "double complétion", cette structure garantit par ailleurs des sections d'écoulement notablement accrues par rapport aux systèmes de tubes de l'art antérieur.
