Die Anreicherungseinrichtung (29) weist eine Anreicherungskammer (30) auf und ist zur Zufuhr von Kraftstoff aus der Anreicherungskammer (30) zu dem Verbrennungsmotor (1) ausgebildet. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Anreicherungskammer (30) ein veränderliches Volumen aufweist und dass die Förderpumpe (28) und die Anreicherungseinrichtung (29) derart gekoppelt sind, dass eine Betätigung der Förderpumpe (28) zu einer Veränderung des Volumens der Anreicherungskammer (30) führt. Für einen Verbrennungsmotor mit einem Vergaser (9) ist vorgesehen, dass die Anreicherungskammer (30) mit einem Kurbelgehauseinnenraum (8) des Verbrennungsmotors (1) strömungsverbunden ist.

Systems and methods for electronically controlling the fuel-to-air ratio of a fuel mixture supplied to an internal combustion engines are disclosed. In one aspect, electronic control systems and methods are provided that determine and automatically move a choke valve in accordance with a first ramp having a first characteristic that is dependent on engine temperature and ambient air temperature. In another aspect, an integrated ignition and electronic auto-choke module is provided. In yet another aspect, electronic control systems and methods are provided that dynamically control a movement characteristic of a choke valve using a feedback loop.

The magnet is used to automatically attract the air inlet valve towards a fully closed position. The temperature controlled limiter limits the range of movement of the air inlet valve based upon the temperature of the engine. The limiter limits the open position of the valve to a position less than fully open when the engine is cold and, limits the closed position of the valve to a position less than fully closed when the engine is hot.
