摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of microstructure refinement and homogenization of bearing steel, and specifically relates to a high-carbon bearing steel and a preparation method thereof. The high-carbon bearing steel of the present disclosure has the following chemical composition: C: 0.80∼1.20 wt%, Cr: 0.40∼2.0 wt%, Mn: 0.15∼0.75 wt%, Si: 0.15-0.75 wt%, Nb: 0-0.20 wt%, Mo: 0-0.20 wt%, V: 0-0.20 wt%, P ≤ 0.015 wt%, S ≤ 0.01 wt%, the remaining is Fe and unavoidable impurities; the contents of Nb, Mo and V are not 0 at the same time. In the present disclosure, microalloying elements such as Nb, Mo and V, in combination with other elements, are added into the high-carbon bearing steel to effectively refine the matrix of bearing steel and promote the precipitation of a large amount of nano-carbides, thereby enhancing the contact fatigue life of the high-carbon bearing steel.

摘要: A magnetic field communication system and method is devised for communicating a signal indicating an internal state of a bearing through a magnetic field and for converting the signal communicating through the magnetic field into power to analyze the internal state of the bearing. The system includes a sensor unit disposed inside a bearing and an adapter disposed outside the bearing. The sensor unit includes a sensor to detect a temperature of oil inside the bearing and to output a sensing signal indicative of the detected oil temperature, and an interface to convert the outputted sensing signal into a magnetic field signal and to transmit the magnetic field signal outside the bearing. The adapter receives the transmitted magnetic field signal from the sensor unit and analyzes the received magnetic field signal in order to determine a status of the oil temperature.

Furthermore, an extension line (42L) of the drain groove (42) and the central axis (41C) are skew lines. The extension line (42L) passes through a third region (AR3) located on an upper side (U) with respect to the central axis (41C).
