In response to determining that there is an elevated pathogen transmission risk in the building space, the AHU is controlled to adjust operation of the AHU to alleviate the elevated pathogen transmission risk.

Abstract: When a current value of a total input current detected by an input current detector exceeds a first limit value lower than a breaker capacitance, a controller of an air conditioner according to one aspect of the present disclosure performs control as follows. That is, the controller executes at least one of reducing a rotation speed of the fan motor, and reducing the number of the plurality of PTC heaters energized, in preference to reducing a rotation speed of the compressor motor. Furthermore, when the current value of the total input current detected by the input current detector is less than the first limit value, the controller executes at least one of increasing the rotation speed of the compressor motor, increasing the rotation speed of the fan motor, and adding the number of the plurality of PTC heaters energized.
