摘要： A comparator for use in improving the water quality of a body of water, such as a swimming pool, pond, aquarium, spa, hot tub, or other body of water, is disclosed. The comparator is adapted for comparing one or more results, whereby the or each result corresponds to a measured parameter indicative of water quality. The comparator may be further adapted to indicate a quantitative dosage of a water treating agent required to improve the quality of the water, responsive to one or more of the measured parameter(s). The comparator comprises at least one movable portion which, when moved to the result of the parameter measured, indicates the quantitative dosage of water treating agent to be used. The quantitative dosage may be indicated in a number of ways, such as by weight or volume, or by some other form of discrete measurement (such as a bag, bottle, sachet, tablet, etc).

摘要： A method of facilitating the use of a navigational chart. The method is performed by a computer including a display and a rotary input device, e.g. , a mouse wheel. A view of the navigational chart is provided on the display. Movement of the mouse wheel is detected. In response to the movement, the computer uses one or more geographical locations to identify one or more points on the chart, and pans the view in the display to center in the view at least one of the one or more points. This method provides an easy, intuitive way for a pilot or other user to follow a route in a charting application.

摘要： A digital content distribution framework is provided. According to one embodiment, a digital content distribution system, such as a software distribution system, includes a credentialing authority, an access control component, and a digital content distribution system interface for each participant in the system. The credentialing authority component is configured to receive encryption keys associated with the participants and assign each of the participants an identity certificate for use during subsequent interactions with components of the digital content distribution system. The access control component is configured to maintain information regarding access rights of the participants to digital content accessible via the digital content distribution system. The digital content distribution system interfaces are capable of being customized for the corresponding participant and are configured to coordinate interactions among the corresponding participant and the components of the digital content distribution system according to predetermined business processes associated with the corresponding participant.

Als weitere Funktionen, die mit solch einem Chip leicht realisierbar sind, wird die Synthese beliebiger Funktionsverläufe durch Darstellung der Funktion mittels einer Tschebyscheff-Reihe oder die Verwendung der Funktion T n (x) als Verstärker mit dem Verstärkungsfaktor n für kleines x mit sin(nx) ≈ nx , und ungerades n angegeben.
