摘要: A detection unit 41 of a counting device 40 executes a detection process for detecting movable bodies to be counted from each of a plurality of frame images that constitute a captured video in which the movable bodies to be counted are included. A selection unit 42 selects, among the plurality of frame images constituting the captured video, a portion of the frame images as selected images such that the capturing order is intermittent. In addition, the selection unit 42 displays, in a display device, each of the selected images in an aspect where detection result information indicating the movable bodies to be counted detected by the detection process are superimposed on the selected image. A correction unit 43 receives, as correction information, information for correcting the result of the detection process displayed in each of the selected images. A counting unit 44 counts the movable bodies to be counted included in the captured video, by using the result of the detection process corrected in accordance with the correction information.

摘要: Described herein is a rain intensity sensor. The sensor includes a circuit, which includes a resistor and at least two spaced apart electrically conductive strips electrically connected in series to the resistor. The resistor is located between the conductive strips. The conductive strips are sufficiently spaced apart such that when a raindrop contacts with the conductive strips provides a resistive path therebetween and which is electrically parallel with the resistor.

摘要: A motion detection method, apparatus and system are disclosed in the present invention, which relates to the video image processing field. The present invention can effectively overcome the influence of the background on motion detection and the problem of object "conglutination" to avoid false detection, thereby accomplishing object detection in complex scenes with a high precision. The motion detection method disclosed in embodiments of the present invention comprises: acquiring detection information of the background scene and detection information of the current scene, wherein the current scene is a scene comprising an object(s) to be detected and the same background scene; and calculating the object(s) to be detected according to the detection information of the background scene and the detection information of the current scene. The present invention is applicable to any scenes where moving objects need to be detected, e.g., automatic passenger flow statistical systems in railway, metro and bus sectors, and is particularly applicable to detection and calibration of objects in places where brightness varies greatly.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for enumerating one or more specific elements within a biologic fluid sample are provided. An embodiment of the method includes the steps of: a) providing a chamber formed between a first planar member that is transparent and a second planar member, which members are separated from one another by a substantially uniform height; b) introducing the biologic fluid sample into the chamber, wherein the chamber height is sized such that the sample extends between the first and second members, and sized relative to the specific elements within the sample such that the specific elements non-uniformly distribute within the sample upon introduction into the chamber; c) examining substantially all of the sample within the chamber and enumerating all of at least one of the specific elements; d) determining the volume of sample contained within the chamber; and e) determining the number of the at least one of the specific elements per unit volume.
