摘要: The present disclosure provides a core package, an aluminum electrolytic capacitor and a packaging method thereof. The core package includes a plurality of first electrode foils and a plurality of second electrode foils laminated one on another, each of the first electrode foils is either of an anode foil and a cathode foil, and each of the second electrode foils is the other of the anode foil and the cathode foil. Among the plurality of first electrode foils, a first conductive foil is arranged at the edge of each of the first electrode foils, a first portion of the first conductive foil is electrically coupled to the corresponding first electrode foil, and a second portion of the first conductive foil extends and protrudes relative to the corresponding first electrode foil; and the plurality of first conductive foils are connected to a first conductive foil strip through the second portion; and an oxide film is formed on a surface of the first conductive foil.

摘要: An electrolytic capacitor with improved connectivity between a cathode body including a carbon layer and a lead terminal, and a production method thereof are provided. The electrolytic capacitor 1 includes an anode body 2 having a dielectric oxide film 5 on a surface thereof, a cathode body 3 having a cathode foil 31 and a carbon layer 32 formed on the cathode foil 31, electrolytic solution 6 interposed between the anode body 2 and the cathode body 3, and a lead terminal 7 connected to each of the anode body 2 and the cathode body 3 by cold pressure welding. A maximum static friction coefficient of a surface of the carbon layer of the cathode body is 0.6 or more.

摘要: A capacitor structure and a power converter are provided. The capacitor structure includes a parallel cell combination, and the parallel cell combination includes a plurality of cells and a plurality of current collectors. In the parallel cell combination: the cells are connected in parallel, and the poles connected in parallel are respectively connected with other devices through corresponding confluence points. Same poles of two adjacent cells are connected through a corresponding current collector, and the current-carrying specifications of each current collector is lower than the current-carrying requirements of a confluence point of a corresponding pole. That is to say, a conductor that implements the parallel connection of the cells is no longer a whole copper plate, but the individual current collectors, thus realizing the reduction of the cost of the conductor material.

摘要: Composite electrodes (300) are constructed with pressure-bonding techniques instead of an adhesive. A current collector (302) is made from aluminum foil roughed on both surfaces. The surfaces of the collector can be treated to enhance adhesion to the surfaces. Layers of film (306, 307) that includes active electrode material, such as activated carbon, are fabricated and pressure-bonded to the current collector using a calendar with heated rollers. The resulting composite sheet is then processed to shape electrodes, which can be used in electrical energy storage devices, including double layer capacitors.
