摘要： The present invention relates to a pouch-shaped battery cell including a pouch-shaped battery case including a laminated sheet including an inner resin layer and a metal layer and an electrode assembly accommodated in the pouch-shaped battery case, wherein a sealed portion is formed at an outer periphery of an electrode assembly receiving portion and sealed by a thermal fusion, the sealed portion is formed such that pressed portions and non-pressed portions are alternately disposed in a direction from the inside of the pouch-shaped battery case to the outside of the pouch-shaped battery case, and a thickness of the inner resin layer of each of the pressed portions decreases along the direction toward the outside of the pouch-shaped battery case, whereby the sealed portion of the pouch-shaped battery case may be sequentially vented due to the difference in sealing force of the sealed portion.

With respect to the outer package can (15), the ratio of the minimum value of the outer diameters in the cylinder central part of the outer package can (15), the cylinder central part being positioned in the center in the axial direction, to the average value of the outer diameters in the cylinder bottom end part is 99.89% or more; and the ratio of the maximum value of the outer diameters in the cylinder central part to the average value of the outer diameters in the cylinder bottom end part is 100.80% or less. The outer diameters in the cylinder central part periodically change with respect to the angle of circumference; and the period in which the outer diameters in the cylinder central part change with respect to the angle of circumference is 0.4π to 1.0π.
