The water contact angle of the hydrophobic layer (5) is more than or equal to 130°. The water roll-off angle of the hydrophobic layer (5) is less than or equal to 10°. The packaging film for the secondary battery can improve the encapsulation reliability of the secondary battery. The secondary battery has good safety, stability and appearance.

摘要: Disclosed are a cell pouch film having improved formability, a method for preparing the same, and a secondary battery using the same. The cell pouch film can suppress the occurrence of cracks in edge portion generated during deep molding, allowing the edge portion to be formed thickly, thereby exhibiting excellent deep molding properties. Since such a cell pouch film can improve the energy density of a secondary battery, it is particularly useful as a medium to large-sized cell pouch for electric vehicles, energy storage devices, and the like.

摘要: The present invention relates to a pouch-shaped battery cell including a pouch-shaped battery case including a laminated sheet including an inner resin layer and a metal layer and an electrode assembly accommodated in the pouch-shaped battery case, wherein a sealed portion is formed at an outer periphery of an electrode assembly receiving portion and sealed by a thermal fusion, the sealed portion is formed such that pressed portions and non-pressed portions are alternately disposed in a direction from the inside of the pouch-shaped battery case to the outside of the pouch-shaped battery case, and a thickness of the inner resin layer of each of the pressed portions decreases along the direction toward the outside of the pouch-shaped battery case, whereby the sealed portion of the pouch-shaped battery case may be sequentially vented due to the difference in sealing force of the sealed portion.

摘要: A cylindrical secondary battery (10) comprises an outer package can (15) which has a cylindrical cylinder part (15a) and an electrode body (14) which is arranged within the cylinder part. The electrode body (14) is obtained by winding a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate, with a separator being interposed therebetween. With respect to the outer package can (15), the ratio of the minimum value of the outer diameters in the cylinder central part of the outer package can (15), the cylinder central part being positioned in the center in the axial direction, to the average value of the outer diameters in the cylinder bottom end part is 99.89% or more; and the ratio of the maximum value of the outer diameters in the cylinder central part to the average value of the outer diameters in the cylinder bottom end part is 100.80% or less. The outer diameters in the cylinder central part periodically change with respect to the angle of circumference; and the period in which the outer diameters in the cylinder central part change with respect to the angle of circumference is 0.4π to 1.0π.
