    - a shielding bridge (180) to be directly connected to the outer shielding elements (100), wherein the shielding braid (151) is connectable to the shielding bridge (180); and/or
    - a clamping bridge (200) to be directly connected to the outer shielding elements (100), or to be indirectly connected to the outer shielding elements (100) via the shielding bridge (180) if the shielding bridge (180) is present.

    摘要: An electrical connector assembly comprises a cage member (102) having a plurality of walls (108) defining an upper port (110) and a lower port (112) configured to receive pluggable modules (104) therein through a front end (124) of the cage member (102). The walls (108) are manufactured from a conductive material and provide electrical shielding for the pluggable modules (104). The walls (108) comprise side walls (120, 122), a top wall (114) between the side walls (120, 122), a bottom wall (116) between the side walls (120, 122), and a divider wall (130) between the side walls (120,122). The divider wall (130) separates the upper port (110) from the lower port (112). The divider wall (130) is positioned closer to the top wall (114) than to the bottom wall (116) such that the lower port (112) is taller than the upper port (110).

    摘要: The invention provides a connector that is adapted for connection with at least two mating connectors and has first and second bodies and contacts that can be fixed accurately in position inside a shield case.
