    摘要: An ambulance stretcher, which comprises:
    o a support frame for supporting a patient;
    o a pair of front legs, each having a front wheel;
    o a pair of rear legs, each having a rear wheel;
    o an actuation arrangement provided with a front actuator, which moves the pair of front legs and a rear actuator, which moves the pair of rear legs; and
    o a front coupling body connected to a front end of the support frame;
    o a control unit of the coupling body provided at least a first sensor connected to the coupling body and configured to detect a correct positioning of the coupling body in a respective support coupling of an automatic loading/unloading apparatus of an ambulance, and at least a second sensor connected to the coupling body configured to detect a load bearing on the coupling body;
    o at least one release arrangement arranged at the front end of the support frame and configured to operate a release between the coupling body and the support coupling; and
    o an electronic control unit operatively connected to the actuation arrangement, to the release arrangement and to the control unit and configured to actuate one between the actuation arrangement and the release arrangement as a function of a signal received from at least one between the first sensor and the second sensor of the control unit.

    摘要: A roll-in cot (10) comprises a support frame (12) for supporting a patient above a loading surface (500) of an emergency vehicle, the support frame (12) comprising a front end (17) and a back end (19); a pair of front legs (20) and a pair of back legs (40) slidingly coupled to the support frame (12), wherein each front leg (20) comprises at least one front wheel (26) and each back leg (40) comprises at least one back wheel (46). The roll-in cot (10) further comprises a cot actuation system operable to actuate the front legs (20) and the back legs (40) either simultaneously or independently and a control box (50) cooperative with the cot actuation system to switch between an independent mode and a synchronized mode. In the synchronized mode the front legs (20) and the back legs (40) are raised and lowered simultaneously, and in the independent mode the front legs (20) and the back legs (40) are raised and lowered independently.
