摘要： An olefin conversion catalyst and its preparation method and application are disclosed. The catalyst comprises the following components, in parts by mass: a) 50-90 parts of a molecular sieve with a structure of twelve-membered ring and above; b) calculated as oxide, 0.1-10 parts of an added component selected from Group IA metal elements, Group IIA metal elements, or a combination thereof; c) calculated as oxide, 0.1-10 parts of a modifying component selected from silicon, germanium, bismuth, tin, boron, gallium or a combination thereof; and d) 10-49 parts of a support component. When the catalyst is used to convert a small amount of olefins in an aromatic distillate oil, it has the characteristics of high activity and stability, long life and effective utilization of olefins.

摘要： The present invention belongs to the technical field of catalytic cracking, and relates to a metal pollution-resistant catalyst, its preparation and application. The catalyst consists of a first alumina comprising a modified metal Mn and a second alumina. The ratio of the integral areas of the two peaks at 3670 cm-1 and 3730 cm-1 in the infrared spectroscopy of the catalyst is 1-5:1. The method for preparing the catalyst comprises a step of forming a slurry of an acid-soluble first alumina, a non-acid-soluble second alumina, water and optionally acid and a modified metal oxide. The metal pollution-resistant catalyst and the particle containing a catalytic cracking active component form a catalytic cracking catalyst, useful for catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oil containing pollution metals. In the case of nickel pollution, catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oil can reduce the ratio of hydrogen to methane.

摘要： The present invention provides a process for preparing a catalytic cracking catalyst, which is characterized in that the process comprises: mixing raw materials including a rare earth-containing NaY molecular sieve obtained by contacting a NaY molecular sieve with a rare-earth salt solution or a mixed solution of rare-earth salt solution and ammonium salt solution, filtering, and water-washing, an inorganic oxide binder and a natural mineral, slurrying and shaping into shaped bodies; hydrothermally calcining shaped bodies in an atmosphere condition where a pressure is externally applied and an aqueous solution containing an acidic substance or an alkaline substance is extennally added; and then ammonium-exchanging to remove the alkali metal. The present invention optimizes and shortens the preparation process of the catalyst, which can reduce the preparation cost, and the prepared catalyst has excellent heavy oil conversion ability, higher gasoline and diesel yield, lower coke selectivity, and relatively reduces the used amount of the molecular sieve in the catalyst.
