摘要: The invention relates to a bell-shaped cutter for producing preferably profiled, curved grooves, said cutter having a circular-disk-shaped main body (1) and a plurality of cutting inserts (2) extending substantially perpendicular to the plane of the main body, which inserts are arranged one after another along a circular path about the centre of the main body in the peripheral direction and are releasably mounted on the main body. In order to produce a bell-shaped cutter with the features specified above, which allows simplified and more cost-effective production of curved grooves without needing to dispense with the precise arrangement and alignment of the cutting plates of the known bell-shaped cutters, according to the invention positioning devices are provided on the main body, which devices allow the cutting inserts to be mounted on the main body at a plurality of different distances from one another.
