A tool-holder unit for processing a tube comprises at least two tool supports (10), each of which rotatably supports a tool shaft (12) on which a tool (14) for processing the tube is suitable for being mounted so that the tool (14) processes the side surface of the tube. The tool supports (10) are mounted on a support-holder body (16) having a toroidal shape. At least one of the tool supports (10) is supported by the support-holder body (16) by means of radial movement means, which are operable for moving the tool support so that the respective tool (14) translates radially with respect to the tube to be processed. A transmission system is suitable for transferring the rotation of the support-holder body (16), driven by a motor apparatus, to the tool shafts (12) so as to obtain a motorized rotation of the tools during the processing.

Sie erzeugt in Abhängigkeit dieser Auswertung Ausgangssignale. Dadurch kann zuverlässig festgestellt werden, ob sich die Temperatur des Drehlagers (17, 18) im Betrieb der Werkzeugspindel (4) einem kritischen Wert nähert. Bei einer Kehlmaschine wird wenigstens eine solche Werkzeugspindel (4) eingesetzt. Vorzugsweise wird bei allen Werkzeugspindeln (4) der Kehlmaschine die Temperatur des Drehlagers (17, 18) mit dem Temperatursensor (33) überwacht. Mit dem Temperatursensor (33) wird die Temperatur des Drehlagers (27, 18) permanent erfasst und der Auswerteeinheit zugeführt. Sie vergleicht die zugeführten Temperatursignale mit einem Temperaturgrenzwert und erzeugt ein Signal, wenn die zugeführten Temperatursignale den Temperaturgrenzwert erreichen.

A main shaft structure (100) of the machine tool (1) comprises a rotating shaft (120), the end of which is provided with a tool holder chuck (130) for fixing a tool holder (200); the upper portion of which is provided with a rotating coil portion (150); the main shaft structure (100) is correspondingly provided with a stationary coil portion (140); and the tool holder (200) is provided with a high-frequency vibration module (240). By non-contact coils (140, 150), an external electric power/signal can be transmitted into the high-frequency vibration module (240) to avoid a wear phenomenon in a contact-rotating electrode. Because the inductive coil (140, 150) is arranged outside of the tool holder (200), the manufacturing cost of the tool holder (200) is reduced, and the convenience of changing the tool holder (200) is increased. Moreover, the machining stability and efficiency of the tool holder (200) are improved by a control method of sensing/feedback signals with wireless transmission.
