An antitheft system for the construction equipment includes a hydraulic device for controlling flow of working fluid supplied to an actuator which drives a working device is disclosed. The antitheft system includes reading information on a function selection switch, a timer, a safety lever and engine operation; determining whether the function selection switch is turned on or off; determining whether the safety lever is switched to an OFF position; comparing an input time inputted in a timer with a preset time and if the input time of the timer is shorter than the preset time, proceeding to the step of determining whether the function selection switch is turned on or off; determining whether an ignition of the engine is turned on if the function selection switch is switched to an ON state by a driver, the safety lever is switched to the OFF position by the driver, and the input time of the timer is longer than a preset time; determining that the driver gets out of a cabin in the state in which the ignition of the engine is turned on, and locking the driving unit so that the driving unit does not operate if it is determined that the ignition is turned on; determining whether a security device is passed by the driver if the driving unit is switched to a lock position; and an eighth step of unlocking the driving unit if the user has passed the security device.

The present invention relates to a prevention system against motorcar-theft, which system is adapted to adjust to the operation of the engine of the motorcar and to be active automatically, said system comprising an ignition switch (3) supplied by a battery (5) of the motorcar and a central electronic unit (6) provided with a control processor as well as a drive unit (70) with an electric motor controlled by the central electronic unit (6), wherein said drive unit comprises an electric motor, a transmission, a shaft of trapezoidal thread and a bowden-cable mover adapted to move between an open position and closed position of the drive unit (70), and the system further comprises a hydraulic pressure-reducing unit (90) operated by the drive unit (70) for deactivating the clutch, and interlocking units (8, 10, 9) for interlocking the lock of the engine compartment, the hydraulics, the gear-box and optionally the lock of the luggage compa rtment, which are connected to the drive unit (70) via the bowden-cable mover and interlocking-control bowden-cables (77, 78, 79). The drive unit (70), which is automatically switched on when the engine (120) of the motorcar is stopped, maintains an interlocked protective state even when the battery (5) is completely depleted, said drive unit is associated with a control unit (601) for controlling the switch-on conditions of the protection, said switch-on conditions including the switched-off state of the ignition switch (3), a signal of a charge sensor on a charge-free state of the battery (5), and a signal of a vibration sensor on a vibration-free state of the motorcar, wherein the interlocking unit (78) of the gear-box is arranged near the linkage (132) of the gear-box, and the pressure-reducing unit (90) is provided with a means for limiting the pressure generated behind the piston (103) of the clutch cylinder.

An anti-theft means for vehicle steering mechanism, such as a steering shaft or a transmission rod, having a rotatable shaft. The anti-theft means comprises a fixing member fixed on the vehicle body, a connecting member joined with a steering handle, a locking means controlled by code device, a movable member provided on the rotatable shaft, for moving along said shaft but not rotatable around it. The movable member can move between a first position and a second position under the control of the locking means. When in the first position, the movable member is engaged with the fixing member while disengaged with the connecting member so that the shaft can not rotate. When in the second position, the movable member is engaged with the connecting member while disengaged with the fixing member so that the shaft can rotate. The anti-theft means according to the invention has double functions of disconnecting transmission of steering force as well as locking the shaft.
