摘要: A fluorine-containing alcohol composite comprising a condensate of a fluorine-containing alcohol represented by the general formula: HO-A-R F -A-OH [I] (wherein R F is a group containing a perfluoroalkylene group or a polyfluoroalkylene group having 6 or less carbon atoms and an ether bond, and A is an alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms), a hydroxyl group-containing polymer, and a zirconium compound. The fluorine-containing alcohol composite, using a fluorine-containing alcohol, does not produce perfluorooctanoic acid and the like when released into the environment and that has a unit easily decomposed into short chain compounds. And also, it exhibits hydrophilic oil repellency.

Therefore, a piezoelectricity of the electroactive layer (110) is improved to improve vibration strength of the touch sensitive element (100) and significantly improve heat resistance.

The fluorine-containing titanium oxide - nano-silica composite particles do not have difficulty in handling as with hydrogen fluoride, can be produced by using a fluorine-containing alcohol, which can be easily handled, and can produce a product capable of suppressing a decrease in the function of the titanium oxide as a photocatalyst even when subjected to a high-temperature heat treatment.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a display device is provided which comprises: (a) providing a carrier substrate; (b) disposing a layer of an organic coating on a surface of the carrier substrate; (c) disposing a layer of one or more oxymetal precursor materials on the organic coating layer, wherein the oxymetal precursor material comprises one or more metal atoms and one or more ligands; (d) curing the layer of oxymetal precursor material to form an oxymetal layer; (e) forming a flexible substrate layer on the oxymetal layer; (f) forming one or more devices on the flexible substrate layer; and (g) separating the flexible substrate layer from the carrier substrate.
