摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer verfahrenstechnischen Anlage, durch die Olefine erzeugt werden, wobei unter Verwendung von Restwärme Dampf erzeugt wird. Die verfahrenstechnische Anlage weist dabei eine Verdichtermaschine (21, 21a, 21b, 22, 23) auf, die zum Verdichten eines Arbeitsmediums verwendet wird, wobei die Verdichtermaschine (21, 21a, 21b, 22, 23) mit einer Dampfturbine (1a, 1b, 1c) angetrieben wird, wobei zum Betreiben der Dampfturbine (1a, 1b, 1c) der Dampf verwendet wird, der unter Verwendung der Restwärme erzeugt wird. Die Extraktionsstufe der Dampfturbine (1a, 1b, 1c) extrahiert zumindest einen Teil des zum Betreiben der Dampfmaschine verwendeten Dampfs auf einem überatmosphärischen Druckniveau, insbesondere von mehr als oder gleich 2 bar, wobei die Verdichtermaschine (21, 21a, 21b, 22, 23) zusätzlich mit einer elektrischen Maschine (3a, 3b, 3c) betrieben wird, welche drehmomentübertragend an die Verdichtermaschine (21, 21a, 21b, 22, 23) und die Dampfturbine (1a, 1b, 1c) gekoppelt ist, und die Leistung der elektrischen Maschine (3a, 3b, 3c) einstellbar ist.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method to produce feed bodies, which are capable of providing free flowing granules and/or powder suitable for firing in an industrial furnace at one or multiple burners, the method comprising the following steps: (i) providing waste material comprising one or more thermoplastic material(s) of more than 40%, based on the total dry weight of the waste and one or more cellulosic material(s) of more than 30%, based on the total dry weight of the waste; (ii) processing the waste material in an extruder, which extruder is equipped with transport, kneading and heating elements such that the waste material is mixed and thermoplastic material is molten; (iii) wherein the material reaches a temperature of between about 110 and 200 °C, for more than about 2 sec before cooling; (iv) pressing the processed waste material through a die with holes between 2-200 mm, and providing feed bodies with a thickness between about 2-200 mm, and a length of between about 2-500 mm.

摘要: The present invention relates to the field of oil refining and chemical engineering, and disclosed are a hydrogenation method and a hydrogenation system for a hydrocarbon oil. The method comprises the following steps: (1) in the presence of hydrogen, subjecting a hydrocarbon oil raw material to a gas-phase desulfurization reaction in a gas-phase hydrogenation reactor to obtain a gas-phase desulfurization reaction product; (2) pressurizing the gas-phase desulfurization reaction product to obtain a pressurized material flow; and (3) feeding the pressurized material flow into a liquid phase hydrogenation reactor, and subjecting liquid phase components in the pressurized material flow to liquid-phase hydrogenation reaction in a liquid-phase hydrogenation reactor to obtain a liquid-phase hydrogenation reaction product. The method and the system provided in the present invention can achieve a deep hydrogenation effect, and can also simplify the technological process, reduce the reaction severity and improve the chemical reaction efficiency on the whole.
