It is proposed, that the measurement module sends the measured parameters to a storage module, that the storage module stores the measured parameters in relation to the first protocol, that the stored parameters are communicated to a deciding entity for a decision about a step in a further bioprocess, that the control module (7) receives the decision from the deciding entity, and, that the control module (7) performs the further bioprocess based on the decision.
