The invention relates to an energy conversion method and a thermal power plant for converting heat into mechanical or electric energy using a working medium. A vapor state in the working medium is generated at a first pressure in a steam generator (25), and the evaporated working medium is expanded to a lower second pressure in a steam expanding device. An energy obtained by the expansion process is discharged, and the expansion of the steam state is carried out using a saturation line of the working medium. In the process, the working medium is separated into a non-condensed portion and a condensed portion in a separating device (44). The non-condensed portion is then compressed into a compressed non-condensed portion in a compressor (51), and the compressed non-condensed portion is cooled and condensed into a compressed condensed portion. The compressed condensed portion and the initially condensed portion are then heated, and both portions are returned to the steam generator together.

A Recycling Energy Engine is using the thermal energy in a hot chamber (22) and hot piston (5) and transfers the steam into cold chamber (23) and cold piston (17) by means of the shock absorber (3) which is in the centre of the crippled shaft (54) and activates the cold energy in the cold chamber (23). The device reverses the condensed steam back to the hot chamber (22) and hot piston (5). In the circulation as the same water is reused the engine saves water and the water which is reversed back to the hot chamber (22) is just below the gas point, so its close to become gas in the hot chamber (22), to activate the hot piston (5) again. Therefore the Recycling Energy Engine reuses the water at the high temperature and the cold energy of the ambient and the hot energy of the heat source. Also the invention uses the heat of the combustion engine which is wasted in the coolant system. The invention uses thermal energy, cold energy and kinetic energy of the chemical reaction of the fuel as well. Thus the devise is a multiple energy engine. Saving energy and producing lesser emission.
