摘要: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented method to correct a cognitive test of a patient for multi-domain effects. The method comprises the steps of acquiring a first test score of the patient obtained at a first cognitive test to be corrected for multi-domain effects, obtaining a core cognitive function of the patient measured by the first cognitive test, obtaining at least one second cognitive function of the patient measured by the first cognitive test, determining at least one second cognitive test measuring the at least one second cognitive function of the patient, and acquiring at least one second test score of the patient obtained at the at least one second cognitive test. The method comprises further the steps of scaling the first test score of the patient obtained at the first cognitive test and the at least one second test score of the patient obtained at the at least one second cognitive test to a common scale, performing a calculation with the scaled first test score of the first cognitive test and the scaled at least one second test score of the at least one second cognitive test thereby obtaining a calculation result, comparing the calculation result with a predetermined threshold thereby deriving a measure for an impairment of the patient in the core cognitive function measured by the first cognitive test, and providing the measure for an impairment of the patient in the core cognitive function measured by the first cognitive test.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for determining the optimal parameters for the progression of a cognitive process rehabilitation task of a user, wherein the progression is adaptative and personalised. The computer-implemented method comprises the following steps: a) receiving a determined task to be performed by the user, the task comprising modifiable parameters affecting the difficulty of the task; b) receiving a set of k cases from a set of past cases, wherein the k cases are selected using a case-based reasoning (CBR) paradigm; c) averaging the values of the modifiable parameters of the set of k cases received in step b); determining the optimal parameters of the task as the averaged modifiable parameters of step c), and updating the set of past cases with the results of the task performed with the optimal parameters of step d). The modifiable parameters comprise one or more parameters selected from: length of the task, exposure time, interstimulus time, n-back, modality, sessions, trials, % of distractors, % of targets, delay, signal, stop or type of change.

摘要: A method of administering sleep consolidation therapy to a patient to treat a sleep disorder of the patient. The method includes monitoring, via a first number of sensors, a number of characteristics and/or activities of the patient during a number of wake periods of the patient. The method further includes determining, at least in-part from the monitoring of the number of wake periods, a recommended bedtime for the patient for starting a particular sleep period and providing the recommended bedtime for starting the particular sleep period to the patient.

摘要: A method of determining an optimum wellness regime is described. The method identifies one or more traits - one or more physiological, behavioural and/or biological states of the user; identifies one or more genetic factors and one or more environmental factors of the user that are relevant to one or more of the traits; assigns a weighting to each genetic and/or environmental factor for the traits that defines the likely effect that the genetic and environmental factor has on the traits; calculates a trait score for each trait based on the weightings assigned to each trait, each trait score indicative of the likely biological, behavioural or physiological response of the user to the trait; defines a trait profile for the user from the trait scores, said trait profile characterizing the users likely biological, behavioural or physiological response to a wellness regime; and determines, based on the trait profile, a wellness regime that is optimised to the goals of the user.
